Great location and helpful staff if you need anything they are available. Sweet kitties and doggies. Great view. Honestly it might have been the best sleep I’ve gotten since traveling in Ecuador.

They have hot water! I almost didn’t book here because other people posted the shower wasn’t hot. You just need to turn the knob on a little and the water comes out hot, if you turn it all the way it will be cool.

Good wifi, Netflix hooked up already. People very friendly.

The location is ideal, near the heart of old Cotacachi. Very friendly and helpful family. The room with a view of the church tower is great and two of the others have good kitchen facilities. Cleean and comfortable.

The hot water in the showers is one knob only, which means not adjustable and about 30 degrees. The kitchen rooms don't have views from their windows.

This was a wonderful place to spend the Holidays. The location is central and walking to all other places is 15 minutes in either direction. The staff is very accommodating. If there is something you need, just ask. The shower has great water pressure, the WiFi is excellent! Kitchenettes are available in some rooms. It is pet friendly!! I spent time in rooms on the first and second floor. Both rooms were excellent! The second floor room had a beautiful view of the oldest church in town. The pictures of the property on the web accurately depict what you will see upon checking in. Give it a try. You will love your experience.

The place is nice and cozy, there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was kind and helpful, I definitely felt like home.
