Terraza, vistas, aire acondicionado perfecto; apartamento muy funcional con el espacio muy bien aprovechado. Se aparca bién (fuera de las horas de playa), hay un Mercadona a 10 minutos andando y una pequeña tienda a 50 metros. La localización es buena para visitar la zona, se llega en pocos minutos a la autovia y desde ahí a donde quieras -hablo de la zona del Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata principalmente

Por decir algo, el ascensor pequeño y lento. Pero abres la puerta y entras directamente al apartamento, lo cual no deja de ser una chulada :)

La ubicacion perfecta si quieres una cosa tranquila este es tu sitio playa casi vacia agua muy clarita la terraza espectacular todo perfecto

Lo unico malo la goma del plato de ducha no cierra bien de abajo y se sale el agua un poco el baño es estrecho pero tal y como sale en las fotos

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sofort antwortet und eine persönliche Übergabe vor Ort macht. In der Wohnung stand zur Begrüßung neben Cafe und CocaCola sogar eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank!! Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, hat aber eine sehr große Terrasse mit super Aussicht auf das Meer - sogar direkt vom Bett aus!! Die Liegen auf der Terrasse haben neue Auflagen und es gibt sogar einer Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Aufzug, der in der Wohnung endet. Trotz Nähe zum Strand und zu einer Straße war es nicht besonders laut. Tolle Sonnenauf- und -untergänge!!

Wohnung und Bad sind wirklich sehr klein. Es gab keine Möglichkeit unsere beiden Fahrräder irgendwo sicher abzustellen. In der Küche funktionierte das Warmwasser nicht.

Loved this apartment, we've been travelling around Spain from Madrid to Almeria and this apartment has been by far the best one yet. For the simple reason that the host Maria goes above and beyond, from check in to check out Maria is always there for your every need. The extras that you don't expect ie: bottle of cava , soft drinks ,water,croissants etc . Also arranged a taxi for our departure to get us back to the bus station on time, absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning 😊

The apartment was spotless and the outdoor space was great! The view from the roof terrace was superb! The facilities were also good. The free parking space was a plus. María was a super hostess, giving lots of tips on where to visit and great places to eat. She always answered messages immediately and was really helpful and accomodating. We will be definitely back and would recommend the apartment without hesitation. Thank you María for making us feel so welcome! Sabrina

The owner maria is super friendly and welcoming highly recommended as the location is excellent, the view from the apartment is amazing and very clean.

It was very well equipped and there were some lovely extra touches of a coffee machine, pastries and a bottle of fizz in the fridge! So thoughtful!

The light from the stairs fills the flat if anyone enters in the evening, but very rare!
