Tucked away on the ocean side of Bayside Drive lies this exquisite 3-bedroom rear unit steps away from the sand. This property is nestled in the center of the Corona Del Mar area in Newport Beach, California. The location allows guests to walk easily to grocery stores, great restaurants and entertaining nightlife.
The home offers five unique outdoor areas and an advantageous floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom ensuite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for alfresco meals. This level has a massive, open feeling. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, walk-in closet, and bathroom featuring bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with vanity. Townhouse on Iris Ave.
We loved the location. The walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants was ideal. The townhouse was exactly as pictured. Our group enjoyed having enough room to spread out. The living room was sunny, with ample comfortable furniture for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We had one maintenance issue which was promptly and professionally handled and resolved in one day. It was expertly cleaned and very fresh.

Great family vacation destination!
Our vacation rental experience was great! The property and amenities were as advertised, and the home felt even bigger than the pictures showed. Just a few blocks from family-friendly Corona Del Mar Beach, it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy the local scene and our time together!

Great location and beautiful home!
We had an amazing week in Corona Del Mar at this lovely home. We only had 4 adults but we enjoyed how spacious and well stocked the home was! We appreciated the paper products, and soaps at every sink. There was a fan in each bedroom closet to provide air circulation. We enjoyed using the AC at night as the bedrooms would get a little warm. The master bedroom was gorgeous with a huge bathroom as well as a door to a beautiful deck. We enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails and snacks on that deck. It was nice that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were a great place for our group to hang out. All and all, the house was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is giving the couches a good cleaning or replace them altogether! Hope to return to this rental house again!

CDM Rental
We were very pleased with our stay at 310 1/2 Iris . The location is 1.5 blocks from the ocean. It is located on a very quiet street. The property is very spacious and ample room for a family. The kitchen is well stocked. Vicky, the property representative, was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Peter, the maintenance coordinator was very responsive to maintenance issues and Sal was very good with repairs .

Great weekend getaway!
Great for families. It has three floors each with its own bedroom. The master bedroom on the top floor was beautiful with a patio area and fireplace.

Lovely home, close to beach
Perfectly situated between beach and PCH, comfortable home with expansive master suite. Quiet area, plenty of parking, close to balboa island. Only dining table was outside and although maintenance issues were responded to quickly many never were repaired. Considering we were there for 6 weeks, they could have been more generous with the paper products (paper towels, napkins and toilet paper)

3 day getaway
It was a very nice home. I liked that the we could walk to the beach from the home. My family enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings. The home was very spacious and relaxing.

Second visit just as great as the first!
We rented his home last year and loved everything about it, so for this visit, we rented the same home. Love it just as we did the first visit. It now feels like our second home.

Great location
Since I am from the area I knew "where" to stay and this property is perfectly located. It has almost everything you need for your vacation and has great space. The decor was cute. The only disappointing things were no blinds on one slider area and next door neighbors bedroom was just across from living room so she looked out from time to time and I just waved. The opposite neighbor decided to take down their fence between this property and theirs so jackhammering started at 8am. A few minor repairs needed from other guest visits like a transition at top of stairs and rooftop fireplace screen and downstairs bathtub had a slight drip. But overall it was a great place!

Clean and Beautiful
This was a beautiful and clean rental property. Had everything you need and more. Property management were friendly and were great to deal with. So much space and great location. Neighborhood is very beautiful as well.

October 19 Stay
Great location. We were there for a family wedding and our family rented this house and a house two doors down. Bed linens could have been cleaner, it was obvious the mattress pads don't get washed regularly and the sheets themselves were not up to standards. We actually washed them again when we got there. Carpet is very stained and in need of replacing or a steam clean. Neighbor at the back is incredibly rude and yelled at us several nights about noise when we were on the patio, always before the curfew. We had a toddler in the room that shared a window with the patio and did not wake her up so clearly were not being very loud. A member of our family staying at the house two doors down was also bitten by the dog next door, so beware. Overall was a good stay, property is nice and had all the things we needed. House is a little tired and cleanliness left something to be desired.

Great Location, Perfect for Families
Our family of 6: 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby absolutely loved our stay in this home. It is on the second block from the beach in beautiful and quiet Corona Del Mar. A very short walk will take you to the beach entrance as well as the village and grocery stores. We also walked to the tide pools. The only time we used our car was to go shopping at Fashion Island and to go to Newport Pier and the Balboa Fun Zone.There was ample common spaces in the living area, outdoor dining area and upstairs balcony. There is a bedroom on each level which allowed for a quiet place to retreat. My kids enjoyed the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds, attached bath, bean bags and TV/Xbox. The master was spacious and the 2nd level bedroom had plenty of space. If you have a SUV/truck, you probably won't fit in the provided parking space. However, there is plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is very safe and I felt comfortable parking the car overnight on the street the whole week.I will book this property again on our next visit to Corona Del Mar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home was very comfortable and filled with all the amenities to make for a fantastic vacation! The location was perfect to suit all our needs. We enjoyed our evening and morning walks to the beach for sunsets and into town for coffee and dinner. Wonderful Relaxing Newport Beach home close to the beach!
This home is just as the description says. We rented this home for a girl's getaway. It is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to the beach. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great rental, not so great neighbor
Home and location was great. Walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Our weekend would have been perfect if not for the next door neighbor. We were 8 60-something women and we had to stay inside because she complained and even called police. Unfortunately we can not stay there next year.

Will definitely come back!
We rented 310.5 Iris Ave and so glad we did. The house was in a great location. Not only is the beach within walking distance, but there are many restaurants and stores too. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. We traveled with our two kids and their friends and everyone had their own space to hang out in. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality kitchenware to prepare all your meals. The washer and dryer came in very handy given we were at the beach every day.

Corona Del Mar Vacation Review
Overall good and met our expectations. The accommodation was excellent regarding size and cleanness. It was supplied with everything needed for the vacation. We had trouble with the entry door handle was aged and difficult to get in and out. The main floor bed linens were old to the point of a hole in the sheets. Also, problems with a neighbor, rude and confrontational (located to the left of the property). Resulted in a very uncomfortable experience on the dinning balcony (early evening).
