Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes within walking distance to the Village! Over 2800 square feet and featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main living level with a large sectional comfy couch and bean bags to cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, and flatscreen move the party downstairs into the separate game/family room complete with another comfortable seating area, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD player, games and game table, private gas grill on the outside deck, and foosball table. With a home this spacious, everyone is bound to find a cozy spot to relax and enjoy their vacation getaway. The upgraded open gourmet kitchen with beautiful custom wood cabinetry offers ample space and is fully stocked for making family dinners, while the dining area seats 6-8, with an additional dining table in the lower level living room to seat an additional 6, perfect for the kids table! A private laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer gets the chores done.
The upstairs master bedroom features a King bed with flatscreen TV, vaulted ceilings, sitting area and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom on the top level also features a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has two Twin beds, and a shared full bathroom on this level. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are both located on the bottom level of the home and share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a King bed, while the fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids, or singles, and has a bunk bed with a Twin on the top, Double on the bottom, and Twin trundle underneath. This Val D'Isere home is located just across the street from The Village where you can catch the gondola to the lifts at Canyon Lodge, providing the ultimate convenience of Winter. Or take the ski-back trail straight to the complex from Canyon Lodge.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 12 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests will be provided three parking passes. This unit is a 3 story townhome with approx. 25 steps to the entrance. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. Great Home away from home!
This condo is spacious and lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked and no upgrade was spared. We will definitely be back. The only issue we had was we have 12 people and there appeared to be only enough to sleep 11. Unfortunately one of our families got sick so we had ample room, but had they come it would be a little crammed. It slept two families beautifully! You can walk to the village, and the ski back trail is steps away! Convenient to everything. You can tell the homeowners love this place.
