The property boasts a a huge floor plan which features a warm and inviting fireplace, comfortable leather furniture, flat screen TV, and breathtaking views. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the fresh mountain air, or take advantage of our heated floors for those snowy days!
The gorgeous and well appointed kitchen is extremely spacious, featuring beautiful custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Serve up to 8 people at the round dining room table, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony with views toward the continental divide and gondola. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a walk in steam shower, and a 2 person freestanding tub. The first guest bedroom is on the main floor and features a twin over double bunk bed as well as a stand alone double bed. The second guest bedroom is on the second floor and features a King sized bed, flat screen TV, private balcony entrance, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom is on the second floor and features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items.
