This fabulous 3/2 condo at Camp Warnecke Estates is on the banks of the beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family vacation. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the crystal clear Comal River. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Enjoy the pool and hot tub or explore the beautiful Hill Country.
The kitchen with all new appliances, which opens into the dining and living area, is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs! Both standard drip and Keurig for your coffee preference. The dining table seats eight and there is room for two more at the breakfast bar. Amazing living room with new plantation shades that provide a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering together to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch folds out into a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms. Spend your evenings on the beautiful balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the ground floor. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will also be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $2500 per month, must be January 1-March 1. Pricing outside of this time frame varies.

A Lovely Place
A lovely condo and so close to everything we wanted to do and everything we needed in the in the condo. A beautiful view of the river and a nice patio to enjoy. We will definitely come back.

Winter Getaway
Great location; within walking distance to several restaurants and boutiques. Great location for tubing down the Comal River. The amenities in and around the condo property were well maintained. Professional and prompt customer service from the staff at New Braunfels Escapes. Will be returning again for future winter getaways!!

Relaxed with a view!
What a great place! The patio and view of the water was so incredibly relaxing. And the location was fantastic for us to make day trips all over the area. The pool and hot tub area is maybe a bit sparse, but adequate. And guests should be aware that the third bedroom has an accordion wall, not a regular wall with a door. But everything was clean and in good shape. The beds were quite firm, which we liked. We would stay here again!

Easy access to Comal River and water park! Peaceful setting overlooking the river. Our grandson hand fed the deer that visited the property every morning.

wonderful place
We love the place. I have two 7yrs twin grandaughters and they love the view of Comal river, feeding the deer and close where they can tube. Across the street is Schlitterbahn. We all love it.

Perfect Location
We enjoyed the easy access to the water park and the Comal River. Grocery stores and restaurants only a short drive away. Easy check in and unit exactly as promised. We will be back !

River trip
Wonderful condo. We especially love the location. We do this river trip several times a year and this was the first time we've needed a 3 bedroom.. the only drawback was that front bedroom..our friends That got that room said it was like sleeping in the kitchen.�� But the setting is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.

This was a spur of the moment trip and it turned out great! Nice accommodations for our little family trip. Good access to the Comal. Pool was nice. Fairly quiet but I imagine in peak season it is pretty noisy. We would still come back!

Great location for the family. We loved the condo. It was clean but the pantry room door and bathroom doors needed to be scrubbed along with kitchen tile floor. Overall we were very happy with the condo. They need coat hangers in the closet too!

Family fun time
We had our two married children and grand children. It was a lot of fun and very relaxing, it was very crowded on the river during Memorial Day but we enjoyed people watching and sitting on the porch!

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Furnishings and updates are perfect. The patio has a lot of room & seating combined with great views of the river. The condo was spotless and had several extras (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, Dawn, travel sized shampoo, conditioner & soaps for both bathrooms. Towels and bedding were great quality. We will return!

winter getaway
We are winter Texans and stay 3 months. Our stay was very enjoyable, the weather could have been a little better this winter but the condo is a wonderful place to stay. From the beautiful patio, to new appliances, the kitchen is a dream to work with. From the patio it is great fun to watch the tubers go down the river and also all kinds of wildlife. Deer come right up to the fence by the patio, an occasional possum is seen, there were a pair of hawks and also a pair of owls to be seen nearly every day. There are also about 3 pair of yellow crowned night herons that nest in the trees over the river. Every morning you awaken to many song birds. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Great Rental
This rental is perfect! This condo is in the perfect location with covered parking spot, on the beautiful Comal River, Across from Schlitterbahn and immaculate inside. Beautiful furnishings and well stocked. You can eat breakfast on the huge patio overlooking the river or sit in the afternoon with a drink and watch the tubers. Private entrance to river and a big swimming pool and hot tub. It was a great time.

THUMBS UP FOR RIVER REMEDY 110!!
My family and I were in the area for the weekend, and we absolutely loved our condo! It was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The living area and master bedroom had full glass windows on one wall, with a lovely view of the Comal River to enjoy from inside the unit, or outside, on the patio, where there was plenty of seating for guests to sit and eat outside, if you should choose to do so. Although time did not permit us to enjoy the water park, Schlitterbahn was right across the street! We did however, get a chance to try and enjoy Underground Pizza! Amanda, was very professional and extremely helpful and attentive to any questions we had. I look forward to my next time in New Braunfels @ River Remedy 110.

Huge patio fun
Beautiful overlook to the Comal. Can be a bit noisy on the weekends if you stay in the bedroom facing the river, but that is to be expected!

Loved it!
We enjoyed our stay s much that we already want to come back! It was exactly as pictured and described. What a beautiful location. Since this condo is in a vacation destination area, it was very loud night and day. Our neighbor's were noisy and their movements above us went on most of the night. The patio doors insulate the river noise well. The short walk to enter the river at the bridge and the 30 minute float were such fun. We will come back!

Great View, Awesome Location
We come to NB annually and always stay at Heidelberg Lodges, they were full this year. This Condo was perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Not too far from the pool and great access to the river. Within walking distance to the new Schliitterbahn parks. Highly recommend and we will stay again!
