Mammoth Sierra Townhomes 24 Spacious Updated Townhome, Walk to Shopping Center
Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhouse has everything to offer. It features a 42" flatscreen TV with DVD player and Roku access (sorry no cable), high-speed Internet access, private washer/dryer, and cozy pellet stove. You will enjoy a quiet forest setting from the balcony and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax throughout the cabin. The open kitchen is great for entertaining and is fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom features a California King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, workstation if you must work or school remotely, and en-suite bathroom. While the third bedroom downstairs is perfect for the kids (or singles) and features two Twin beds, flatscreen TV and attached bathroom. The loft upstairs has even more sleeping space with a Double bed as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, plus flatscreen TV also with Roku access. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of the units. Mammoth Sierra Townhomes offers some of the best floorplans in town with plenty of bathrooms and convenience and is an ideal location for families. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3 levels inside, is non-smoking. This condo sleeps a maximum of 9 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Very nice place.
Close to bike rentals, bike trails and breweries bring shower towels. Not enough for 9 people.

Good Space - Well Appointed for a large group
Nice property, the four bathrooms were nice for a larger group. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you could need to cook was there. Also appreciated having extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there when we arrived. Beds all comfortable. Liked having a single thermostat for the entire unit over the individual wall heaters that are common in Mammoth. Televisions all worked well and having YouTube tv hooked up for live tv made no cable in the unit a moot point. Management company was receptive to questions we had. Couple minor issues that we wish we knew about - the washer was taped shut with "out of order" signs on it. When the unit is advertised as having an in unit washer and dryer, we would have liked to know it was not working before arrival as with a big group, we would have preferred to have the chance to do laundry while there. Also, the dishwasher is in desperate need of an upgrade, it does not clean dishes well at all and we spent quite a bit of time hand washing dishes. Those aside, we would stay here again.

overall stay was great, condo layout worked perfect for us. Walking distance to Vons and restaurants.property comfortable,clean,well kept. mostly cooked in. well appointed kitchen. did hit the Stove restaurant(great).only negative snow/ice not properly cleared to allow correct use of parking spots

Condition of property great but...
The condition was excellent, there were two things which were slightly annoying. One was the angle of the kitchen counter, it was difficult for more than two people to be in the kitchen. The other was the cramped parking, I had a 6 passenger truck and parking was difficult. Parking a dually would be nearly impossible. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Liked the double doors in front along with the mud room.

Down town location
This condo is conveniently located downtown. Easy to get to grocery store and located close to restaurants. The condo has lots of space and a bathroom for every bedroom. The only downfall is that the parking is very tight for larger SUV's.The parking spots are at the very end and right next to a fence. The easiest way to get in and out is to back into the parking spots. The kitchen is fully stocked except for measuring cups and spoons. Overall great place to stay. I would recommend this condo to other guests.

Only problem was one bathroom shower the hot water handle did not work so getting hot water was hard

Dead mouses
- There were a few mouse traps with dead decompose mouses - there were couple of dirty socks underneath the bed - the WiFi did not work - could not reach management by phone, so we removed dead mouses ourselves

Perfect for larger families
We love staying here every year during the summer. This townhome is ideal for our combined families of eight. It has 3 nice bedrooms, a loft, 4 bathrooms, modern kitchen and parking is right outside the front door. Always clean and well-maintained. Beautiful location by the golf course and very close to the supermarket and restaurants. We plan to return at the end of summer.

Close to everything you need!
Very cozy and clean! It has all the appliances you need for cooking, and for bath room amenities. Especially, it is in great location. The only big supermarket is Vons in Mammoth Lake, and it is with walking distance within 10 mins! Very convenient.

Spacious townhome
Plenty large enough for 8 of us. Nice that it is an end unit. Only downside was that carpet needs a good cleaning, but not so bad that we wouldn't stay again.

Christmas Vacation
Great location near bus routes, walkable to Vons. Awesome to have 4 full bathrooms, a rarity for a condo. All bathrooms nicely remodeled. Parking a bit tight, but manageable. A bit expensive, but worth it for a large group.

comfortable condo, nice place for a family gathering (inc. dog)
Property was as described, and housed our group nicely with a couple of us sleeping in the loft beds. Note: the kitchen can be a bit cramped when more than 2 people are trying to do something. Clean and comfortable and mostly well laid out in other ways.

Ideal for a larger group!
This condo is spacious and clean. This was our second year and there were six of us. The three bedrooms plus loft and four baths were perfect! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and parking space right outside the front door. Beautiful location and is very close to the market and other shops. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Pacoima Fishing Club
The condo itself was nice, but the asphalt work outside was very annoying. It made the condo shake, and was very noisy, and the smell was very terrible. This happened on Oct. 4, 2013. This was an inconvenience, ask the property owner if they would consider giving us back a discount. Thank you.

White Christmas in Mammoth, CA
Our family had a really nice week up in Mammoth. We arrived the day before Christmas Eve and the snowfall. Everything in the townhouse was clean and comfortable. A couple suggestions would be for the owners to update the bathrooms. We are all of average height and the vanities are all way below standard-they were only about 25 inches tall and standard height is approx 33 inches. The only other thing is the kitchen table is way too large for the space, so it made seating difficult when our family was all eating together. Perhaps maybe an oblong table rather then a round one would work better. Also, the reviews we read as far as the kitchen not being well stocked with pots/pans/tools-we found it to be well equipped. The fire should have some instructions on how to operate. We got it working through trial and error but instructions for safety sake are always helpful.

Our 2016 Annual Family Trip
Thank you for a great experience. The location of the home was just right! Very close to the nearby shopping centers and restaurants and still close enough to the lakes to enjoy some fishing with the family and friends. The home was very clean and with just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to visit and stay in a beautiful home for great vacation.

once again, a wonderful ski trip. Townhome #24 is comfortable and convenient. No need to go out for meals with all the cooking supplies available. Easy walk to the shuttle and vons so never started the car for 4 days.

Nice condo, it was very clean. Good weather and good location. Over active bezoar at night. A bear broke into our truck 1 night and caused extensive damage with no food inside.

Mammoth Hiking Trip
We enjoyed our stay at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes. The staff responded well to our questions before our arrival. They arranged for extra parking spaces. When we arrived a window screen was broken, and the maintenance team repaired it the next day. However, some of the supplies were not adequate for a week's stay.
