Welcome home to this lovely two-bedroom condo on the ground floor, just steps from Lake Dillon. Walk to Downtown Dillon with ease. This affordable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers many amenities and is perfectly located near all that the High Country has to offer. It's within walking distance to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just steps away from the long rec path, the popular Tiki Bar and Brewery, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina.
There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats six. You'll enjoy many amenities, including a wood-burning fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary Wi-Fi, and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed with a twin over a double.
