This 3-bedroom spacious townhome is close to the conference center and has great amenities including tennis court and pool access! As you walk through the front door you will be greeted right away to a newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. Ample counter space and a well stocked kitchen ensure you have everything you need for cooking. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen opens up into an over-sized living room that has plenty of space for your entire party. The large leather sectional is the perfect spot to relax in front of the fireplace! A spacious deck off the main floor with a BBQ makes this property perfect for indoor and outdoor living.
There main floor bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the half bathroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and beautiful views of the mountain. The primary en suite has been completely remodeled with new countertops, sinks, and tile work. There is also a futon that sleeps an additional 2 people. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a bunk bed. There is a large walk in closet and it is across the hallway from the second bathroom upstairs.
Tennis Townhomes is a quick walk to both the skier shuttle stop and the conference center, making this a perfect spot for both winter and summer vacations! This property also has access to a community outdoor heated pool and tennis courts!

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots.
