A sofa bed means, sleeping on a sofa. It did not fold out.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We truly wish we’d been able to stay longer. Keep up what you are doing. Julie greeted us at the front desk and was just an amazing person to talk to. She was kind, sweet, a cat lover, and professional. She made our first impression fantastic! You facilities are just outstanding! :)

Staff were all amazing, friendly, greeting you at every interaction. Josh at the front desk even gave us recommendations for where to go and visit. Room was spacious, loved the closet/elfa storage, as well as the kitchette.

Pool was chilly and could use a good cleaning. We passed on the breakfast, except coffee because of the selection. Room cleaning could use a little more attention to detail, there were hairs, dirt and dust in the drawers, and in bathroom/corners of room/kitchen. Had to ask for towels every day and didn’t get housekeeping at all, no info was given at check in about housekeeping, free breakfast timing or the amount of deposit.

1st ice machine broken-no ice machine on 2nd floor. Employee working during breakfast was not on her game. She waited for food to be totally out before refilling. The coffee ran out and we had to wait for it to brew. The eggs were gone and had to wait 15 minutes for the new batch. She was in no hurry whatsoever while people waited. This should have been anticipated since to my knowledge the hotel was booked.

The staff was very nice. Rooms were really nice. It's a new hotel so everything was very bright and clean.

The sofa is not a pull out sofa bed... it's more of a futon like contraption that was not the most comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was a 0/10 for us. I read the reviews that said the most wonderful things about breakfast here but during our stay that WAS NOT the case. It was pretty awful with an extremely limited selection. There were scrambled eggs, an egg white dish, 2 types of sausage, and grits. They also offered dry cereal, bagles, and bread for toasting. My kids were disappointed. They didn't even have a waffle maker. The food was pretty lackluster and not very good.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Only thing that I saw missing was packets of oatmeal. It was very stocked and tasted very good. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

I cannot think of anything that I would have needed to make it better.

Darren was a Godsend he helped me soooo much help.

Almost everything! Only thing would have made it perfect would have been the pool area bigger more seating and the outside lounge/grill area had been clean.. we would have grilled we were that impresssed!

Oh Yes you all really need a bar area also! That! Would definitely made it a 10!
