At 230 the tv turned on thanking me for my stay. Overall the smell in the room was musky and smoky

Didn’t like the parking arrangement . There is an apartment/condo complex next door so parking out front is very limited and the walk from the parking garage with luggage could be too much for some travelers. It is also $10 a night to park.

Front desk was very nice and friendly. Housekeeping staff was eager to help and came to our room to address an issue. Parking was Easy.

Our initial room had a unique smell. We tried to mask it but that didn't work so we call the front desk and Housekeeping came immediately to our room to address our issue. They ended up giving us and another room and even helped us move. There were a couple of restaurants that were within walking distance closed or understaffed. We thought it had a pool (didn't check before I booked it) but it didn't

I booked one night because the power went out. When I arrived, I was greeted rudely by the front desk clerk, telling me immediately, “We don’t accept Booking’s virtual wallet.” He then stated, “Don’t ever book through them.” He then asked for my credit card to pay for the room. I had already paid in full through booking. He told me he cancelled the reservation on his end but I would have to “take it up with Booking.” I told him I would not be staying after all, especially after trying to charge $175 non-refundable per deposit for one night.
