Apartment inside was nice and clean. Very comfy.

The front door is hard to open. The apartment is very humid and smells musty. The building itself and hallway to reach the apartment looks run down. Staff is not friendly or helpful at all. They will not go the extra mile to make you feel welcome or friendly to make you willing to come back.

The pool is NOT heated and was missing water + dirty . There is no security at this "hotel" not safe at night. They tell you not to make noise but the area is extremely noisy. Really it depends on what amount you paid for the room , for the area it's in you should pay too much.

Everything was just perfect! Clean and comfortable apartment. Looked new. Loved the kitchen - everything that we needed for a short stay was available. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. I would stay there again if I go back to the area. It was easy to communicate with the staff. We enjoyed the wine time at their clubhouse as well.

The washing machine looks new but it was loud.

The unit was not as updated as the photos.. still good and comfortable but could you an uplift for the pricing of unit.

The property was Clean, Modern, Warm, and Fully Stocked with daily necessities. I highly recommend this facility.

Noisy washing machine. The area to the stairs and the hallway outside the entrance door felt depressing. Pointy bed corners.

everything. it was perfect!

Everything- many of the properties fixtures and fittings appeared new. Everything was clean and tidy, it was spacious and had every amenity that we required. Our request for an early arrival was granted immediately. We especially appreciated all the extras like plentiful supply of coffee, washing machine and washer tablets etc. Of the many rental properties we have been in : this was the best. Kasa keep this up.

3rd floor, no elevator, very hard to pack car and unpack

No Elevators!!! My very old and frail mother had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. She can hardly walk!

No breakfast, tv channel selection was limited and useless.

Tv, sugar ants everywhere, leak under toilet, design of the bathroom doors. No local tv available, only subscribers like Hulu, YouTube. A stay with no live sports, weather, horrible!
