Very welcoming and friendly staff, the rooms and the hotel in general was spotless clean. A 5 minute walk to the beach.
Breakfast could be slightly improved in the sense that maybe it could be a little more varied. We only stayed for 4 days, but for those who stay longer, it’s likely it will get boring and repetitive. Delicious breakfast nevertheless 👍🏻

- Spatiul mic din camera si baie. Dar aici cred ca a fost vina noastra ca nu am verificat suprafata camerelor
- Plaja nu era atat de aproape de hotel pe cat ne asteptam, dar am mai facut miscare 😅

Mi a placut absolut TOT!!! Mancarea excelenta, servirea ireprosabila, cazarea-de vis, personalul extrem de amabil, receptionerii profesionalisti, cameristele competente. Citisem ca e ok hotelul dar a fost peste asteptari. Felicitari tuturor! Sper ca turistii sa aprecieze efortul echipei de la Novus si sa pastreze hotelul asa cum e acum. Cu siguranta a fost cel mai bun hotel din Eforie in care am stat pana acum!
Singurul lucru care nu mi a placut a fost acela ca hotelul are doar 3 stele. Dar am aflat de la receptioner de ce. Felicitari pentru profesionalism !

Very clean hotel, professional staff, close to the beach, new furniture, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast.
I would have preferred a bit more diversity for the breakfast…only 3 options for kids below 1 year old (omlette, yogurt and some fruits).

Everything - very nice and quiet location + close to the beach, people were welcoming, kind and polite; they have an amazing and various breakfast. 100% recommend!

This hotel is simply perfect! Starting with the staff, everybody was super kind and friendly, also dedicated and nice. The hotel is extreamly clean, they change my towals every day, and the sheet after 2 night. The breakfast was delicious and not the same every day, a lot of diversity of nice cheeses and small apletizers. The location is 2 minutes from the sea, and from the balcony of the rooms you can see the sun rising from it😍☀️🌊 This hotel is more a 4* star hotel than a 3*,and I will definetly return here with my heart open if I will stay again in Eforie. Good job Novus Team, keep up the good work! 😁

I liked the atmosphere, the staff was very nice ,the hotel and the room was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I recommend this hotel for couples and families too everything was perfect 10/10

The apartment was big enough for 3 people, the rooms were clean, the bathroom also. We stayed at the 3rd floor and we could see the sea. It was a very good stay.
The food was good, plenty for everybody, a variety of sweets each morning.
The staff was pleasant and ready to help you with every need, if it be.
We would definitely come back another time.

It was very clean, modern, made with taste. The owner is a very nice and welcoming host. Will visit again and recommend the location to anyone who is visiting Eforie Nord

Very new ( opened June 2021), very clean, good taste finishing.
Nothing to complain about regarding the property itself.
The staff was friendly and competent, too.
Location & Surroundings
Couldn't see see the the sun coming out of the water. I was at the 3rd floor and the view was obstructed by another house.
The booking. com "seafront" description of the location suggests that the hotel is right on the sea shore
The pictures on booking.com support this suggestion. However, it is not not.
The location shown on the map is correct.
Around the hotel there the roads are unpaved or unimpaired after sewage installation. Maybe net year will be better.
