Die Lage in der äußeren Neustadt ist sehr gut. Drumherum gibt es reichlich Cafés/Restaurants und Geschäfte, und Straßenbahn und Bus halten direkt vor der Haustür. Der Balkon - den man sich mit den Zimmernachbarn teilt - geht zum Hof hinaus und lädt zum Draußensitzen ein, wenn die Nachbarn nicht gerade ebenfalls draußen sind. Das Apartment ist sauber.

Die Ausstattung ist mehr als spartanisch: Das schmale Bett reicht für zwei Personen, wenn man es gewohnt ist, so nah beieinander zu schlafen. Für uns war's sehr eng und außerdem war die Matratze sehr hart. Wie man auf die Idee kommen kann, den einzigen Nachttisch nebst Lampe am Fußende des Bettes zu positionieren, ist mir allerdings schleierhaft. Im Bad fehlten ausreichend Haken für die Handtücher; einen Badeteppich (oder meinetwegen auch einen Wischlappen) gab es nicht, so dass nach dem Duschen erstmal der Fußboden überall nass war. Die Küche(nzeile) punktet mit sparsamster Ausstattung: Sogar ein Abwaschmittel suchten wir vergebens; von z.B. Weingläsern ganz zu schweigen. Wie gut, dass wir gar nicht vorhatten, zu kochen - das wäre äußerst schwierig geworden...

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja mieszkania, blisko do centrum, sklep spożywczy i przystanek są praktycznie przed wejściem do budynku. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone (suszarka, żelazko, czajnik - wszystko można tu znaleźć). Dużym plusem jest to, że można się zakwaterować nawet bardzo późnym wieczorem :)

Jedynym minusem było łóżko, które jest zdecydowanie za małe dla dwóch osób.

I did not receive the information about the door code one day before my arrival as was promised. Instead was informed about the necessity of filling in further data and a passport foto when I was already on my way to Dresden. As I had no internet access it was very complicated to upload a foto from my laptop computer. This process could have done days before!!!

The apartment was very clean and had most things you’d want. I’m always worried about access controlled through key codes, but this worked well here. The balcony was great, with a very quiet environment surrounding it.

I think it would be better to ask for photos of passport (and so on) the day before arrival when you’ve more time to take photos, and upload images. To ask for that on the day of arrival could be more difficult when you could be travelling and away from technology. But that’s just a minor comment.

too small, sometimes loud (neighbours), NO WIFI (which is a deal breaker), bed was uncomfortable, no dishwasher, not enough shower gel check in only after 4 pm and there is no safe place to leave luggage, which is quite annoying if you are arriving early in the morning. I contacted them to check in earlier but rejected

It was a 5. floor studio apartment in a building mostly populated by students. The neighbors are generally quiet and polite. It's very close to the center of Dresdener Neustadt. It's very clean.

The bed is a bit small for 2 and very soft. Elevator died during our 2. day there, not sure if that's a regular occurrence though. Didn't get fixed in the next 40-ish hrs of our stay there. When we got there (4 day/3 night stay) there were 2 one use shower gel packs, so bring your own or go to DM across the street. The door lock is a bit moody but works fine when you get used to it.

Clean place with bits you needed to cook. Great location with shops just outside and river not too far. Great places to eat out close by too.

No microwave and only one stove top so limited to what you can cook but we still made a chilli.

Apartament is situated in very comfortable place. A lot of bakeries, street food restaurants, shops are nearby. The tram station is in one minute distance. It's not a problem to reach the center by foot also. Nice and quiet district. To register you need to fill up a short form and send the foto of ID. Entrance door by code, door of the apartment also. All the necessary things were in apartment. In the kitchen you have electric teapot, toaster, two frying pans and so on. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also it was optically bigger then I expected. So, I can fully recommend it.

Great accommodation. Close to Neustadt station (15 minutes on foot). In front of Rewe supermarket. Tram stop very close. Installations that serve well what is proposed. I recommend and would definitely return.

Nothing to say. Only, as a suggestion, evaluate the possibility of a microwave

The location was amazing. There was a supermarket, DM store, post office, city bikes and tram stops nearby and the Old Town was really close too. The flat itself was very clean and nice. Opening the door with the code was also really convenient. I definitely recommand this place to stay for a few days.

Bigger duvet could be nice, because for a couple in the wintertime it wasn't enough. But that's just it.

The location is very convenient, its close to the train station, restaurant and supermarket. The place was neat.

The building and room were clean. I had everything in the kitchen, I really liked the bed and pillows :-) I had very good night sleep. What I appreaciate the most is the host. I had trouble with online check-in and with paying and they helped me. Thank you again! I enjoyed the staing.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. It offers everything you need for a nice stay. The hairdryer in our room was not working, but it was replaced straight after reporting. Appreciate that!

We had a very comfortable stay in this nice little studio. I was somewhat concerned given that other reviewers mentioned a small bed (my husband is a big man!), but this has probably been fixed since we had no issues whatsoever fitting in comfortably during our stay. The space is quiet, it was pristinely clean, and has all the necessities needed for a short, and even longer stay. Also great location within Neustadt and close to cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as within walking distance to Dresden's old town. Recommended.

They were absolutely kind and helpful when I had a problem with my credit card. They helped me in the middle of the night.

In general, very comfortable apartments. Quiet, and warm, hot water, there is everything you need to prepare breakfast. We really liked this apartment))

The owner sent information about the check-in and the door code an hour before check-in (at 3 pm). I was on a plane and I didn't have internet. I had to ask passers-by for help. I would like this information to be sent out within a day. also there was no shampoo, they gave only two small disposable bags of shower gel (there were two of us and we stayed for 2 days).

Perfect location... Clean and tidy room with all necessary facilities... Very easy check-in and check out... Public transport around is very convenient and regular... shops, many restaurants, clubs and other nice places nearby...
