we like the place as its located at the farm area.

just the water as it is a bit salty.. another is it has no towels.. we are not aware that there will be no towels to be used.. luckily we bring our own..

This is a fantastic place to stay in La Union. Away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan yet only a short bus or tricycle trip up the coast if you want to surf. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped with fridge, microwave, and a kettle. The wifi is fast and the ac is cool. Stunning views across the rice fields from the balcony make you feel like you're in Bali! Miggy and Abby are fantastic hosts and will help you in any way to make your stay more enjoyable. They run a cute little store on site with all the basics including ice cold beer! Place is super safe and secure with dead locks on the doors and a gate on the entrance. A two minute walk to Bauang Beach :)

Shower didn't seem to want to get hot, and water pressure is up and down a little, but no biggie.

Everything about the accommodations was 10 of 10 stars considering the price--a real value-for-money lodging. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained including the amenities, location and wifi/mobile connectivity. We were also lucky because we were the only visitors then and had ample parking to ourselves. Will not hesitate to boom again, especially since the property is a mere walking distance to the beach/ocean. It's a real treat especially for work-related bookings. Also would like to note that it's a pleasure waking up to and marveling the fresh breeze that comes from viewing rice fields directly outside the window/balcony.

The only challenge with this property is the skinny street driving from the main roads in towards the property itself. Thankfully the listing provided fair advisory and warning about this so we came prepared.
