The staff was not welcoming at all, as a first concern. We had to go take our keys in the central station, instead of in front of the apartment which costed us money.
The apartment didnt have air condition, which is not acceptable in 21 century.
The staff proposed us to switch apartments to which we agreed, and after trying to reach them the whole day, finally we found them in the central station and they told us that it is a mistake and we can’t switch apartments.
Unacceptable treatment and not professional at all. So disappointed!!!!
