We didn’t really know where to dump the trash but drove around till we found the dumpster. The condo was nice but there were two major hazards. Next to parking lot there is a five foot drop which was not fenced . Also the deck area had stairs going to dock but at foot of step there was a raised manhole that was at the bottom of the steps. The area was not well lit . Terrible dangerous trip hazard at the foot of stairs for the deck. It
