The picture did NOT match the actual suite. Seemed like false advertising, for the price I paid I was expecting a bigger room. I had to turn side ways to get around the bed!! It quoted $171. for 2 nights then charged $254.!!!! We won't stay there again. The grounds were unkempt. We felt very disappointed in the size of the suite which did not match the picture in the advertisement, even though the unit was well kept & clean.

excellent layout for two guys on a ski trip with ski in out to hill. very neat and clean with lots of appliances etc. good heating when required. also provided all the essentials, like soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs.

we requested a later check out til 13:00 hours and a little disappointed that we’re charged.

The unit was clean.

Photos are deceiving. The apartment is not spacious as it appears in the photos. Moreover, the charge that initially showed up was $536. for 3 nights. This is the total I thought I was paying. Even at this price for a TOTAL, I believe the unit is overpriced for the type of acomodation, compared to what my daughter in law rented at Trickle Creek. A cockroach appeared (at least I think it was. I took a photo of it). The steps down the side of the building were icy and treacherous. Although we have good mobility, this is not good for 75+ year olds to navigate with luggage. It was not clear from the booking site that this was in fact a BASEMENT WALK-OUT apartment with one window in the bedroom only and a bedroom that was so small that an adult could barely squeeze between the foot of the bed and the wall. We will be staying elsewhere next visit.

Megan was excellent in responding to any questions I had. Her place was spotless and perfect for our needs.

Only complaint ?? Pillows on the bed were uncomfortable.

not very sound proof! could hear the people talking and every movement they made.

We were expecting a quiet retreat . The condo has zero soundproofing and the neighbors were VERY LOUD! The condo was in the basement, only our small window in the bedroom and not much of a view.

The condo was clean with a good seating area. Kitchen had ample dishes and cutlery. Comfy eating area.

In the extreme heat there was no air conditioning. That being said the window coverings were flimsy and did not block out the sun light and heat. Blacked out curtains would be appropriate for all seasons. The temperature entering the facility was 34 degrees and there was no cross ventilation unless both front and back doors were open….allowing bugs and decreased security.

Loved the decor! Had everything needed, close to downtown and beautiful views!

It was extremely loud, we could hear everything from people above us, we didn’t get much sleep which was hard when we wanted to rest and relax.
