Convenient to walk to centro Ponce

Taking luggage up the stairs

I like the patio and the quietness and how close restaurants and gas stations were convenient

There was problems with the air conditioner, no staff around to ask questions, no laundry on facility and the picture shown for property is not at all it

is close to all main areas and center of ponce

the wifi connectivity was awful, for being such a small space, wifi wasn't available for all parts of the aptmt.

This place is not even there. The map led us to an abandoned alleyway. I asked locals and even police officers. Nobody had ever heard of this place. I tried calling the owner and only got a recording. Ended up getting a room in another hotel. Horrible Experience!

Very modern and spacious room in a great location of town.

Parking was In a tight angle. I had to put the code in numerous times to open the door and you could hear lot of noise from neighbors when sleeping

Completely false advertisement, they are trying to take advantage of tourist visiting the island by taking their money with no refund. Booking.com offers their customers you can rent the property that very same night when in fact is for the next day in the afternoon. Once they charge you they won’t refund your money back or take responsibility for offering some thing that is completely false. After this experience I will never use this services again.

The apartment was clean and has a lot of space. The AC were in a very good condition . It has parking at the front of the building

The toilet lid needs to be adjusted because I felt that I was falling when I used it. The 2nd room got soaked when it started raining on Saturday. The TV wasn't working and I reported it Saturday morning and they came at 5:30pm to fix it. The water heater was out of order and I reported it Saturday morning. They came at 5:30pm but couldnt fix it. There were no cutting knife in the kitchen!

Air conditioners on all rooms were horrible. The water on the bathroom doesn’t go down the drain fast enough. No dressers/mirrors in the bedrooms. The fridge doesn’t get cold enough. It was a real disappointment.

Well I liked how clean it was, how cheap it was for the days that we were staying. It's pretty good space wise and the rooms were in good conditions counting the beds.

One of the major problems were the air conditioning, the portable ac weren't put correctly so the room wasn't cooling if anything it just kept getting hot. There was also another problem with the refrigerator, since it wasn't cooling our food and drinks.

Everything. The air conditioners were in the bedrooms only and they didn’t even work. we had to go buy fans just to be able to sleep at night. also my blanket on my bed had blood stains on it. we called the owner and he replaced the blanket with another but that too was stained. he tried to fix the air conditioner but it was not good enough.

I didn't like it.

First we didn't have hot water. The pillows were bad. I couldn't turn on the stove. The air conditioning was too loud and it wasn't what expected. In other places that I have stayed the air conditions were not attached to the only window the place had.
