Very nice accommodation, the staff were all very helpful especially Maria and Nerea, we were there for a birthday and engagement. Party that was held on the terrace. Location is perfect, a short walk to the bars and restaurants.

It is a nice, clean, safe hotel in a historic building in the middle of town. But if you are hoping on enjoying anything specific that you see online, be prepared for disappointment. Whatever pictures you are seeing, on either their own website or booking, are NOT necessarily indicative of the room you will have, even if you are looking at pics of a specific type of room.

hotel does not feel any responsibility to make sure your stay will be at all similar to the amenities listed or pictured in booking or on their own website. your room With balcony may not have a balcony at all, but rather harsh jail-cell-like barred windows. worse they will tell you this counts as a balcony so they did not lie. if you raise issues with staff you will be dismissed. hotel advertises one product but delivers another no staff after 7pm, unusual for a hotel of this price, so there is no one to raise issues with until checkout. you have to download and use an app to check in, difficult if you have a broken phone (as I do) or an international traveler with data limits

L'appartamento è curato e confortevole. Ottima pulizia e spazio disponibile. Può essere una buona soluzione per coppie e nuclei famigliari senza pretese di vita notturna.

Devastante il check in: è necessario scaricare un'app, ricevere i codici per il bluetooth e sperare che tutto funzioni per aprire il portone principale e la porta della camera. Infernale!

The reception staff were very welcoming and warm. As I was a solo traveller it felt like a real home from home. After a day exploring Ayamonte, I could return home. Would thoroughly recommend. Many thanks again

There was a coffee machine in my room, but I had no idea how to work it. Realistically why drink coffee in your room when you have bars. So in reality not a big problem.

Le lieu est jolie. Avec une jolie terrasse et une vue splendide. Une décoration réussie et le côté pratique du studio parfait.

Personnel extrêmement bienveillant, chambre très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires (gel douche, petite cuisine, sèche cheveux…). Literie très confortable. L’hôtel est en plein centre.

The location is excellent, very good value for money, facilities in the room were very good.

There was a very strong smell of dampness in the room which was a bit overpowering. We were going to mention to staff when leaving but there was no one at reception when we left.

Location was fab , upgraded to the executive suite for our anniversary and it was absolute class , hot tub on balcony , bath in room , amazing . Bar was great with fab staff and cheaply priced drinks , cocktails for €8.50 which is great for a hotel bar . Breakfast was amazing . Fab fab fab hotel

I've booked this apartment for my parents' trip and they were absolutely satisfied. I would like to mention especially the professionalism of the staff here: extremely helpful, fast reaction to messages and requests, in good English, very understanding the fact that two people in their 60's have specific problems and difficulties. Small hotel, with a personal service, located in the town of Ayamonte. It is nicely decorated and impeccably clean, the bar/breakfast facility on the roof is a nice area to relax, this is our 3rd visit.

The staff, location, room, decor and rooftop breakfast were all excellent. Likewise, the rooftop bar in the evening was a lovely place to unwind.

Central location! Spacious room and love the kitchenette being part of the room. Staff here are fabulous and loved having our champagne and cocktails on the roof terrace!

More breakfast options would be good. Space is quite limited at the bar where breakfast is served. Might be worthwhile thinking of breakfast being sent to your room. Simple choice of yoghurt, croissants and fruit. Bread for toasting. That kind of thing.

The hotel location was ideal for access to the old town and everything you could need was within easy walking distance. The apartment was absolutely spotless, staff very helpful and all in all a perfect stay which we will repeat. The breakfast in the terrace bar was perfect and well worth the extra payment

Beautiful hotel fabulous location, reception girls were so welcoming and friendly and helpful regarding check-in. The room was spotlessly clean everything you would require for a long stay. Rooftop bar is fabulous with amazing views and brilliant service. Two minutes walk from centre of town which has plenty of cafés and restaurants. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
