Moderne Anlage mit tollem Blick . Sehr engagierte Vermieter .

So ein zwei Teile fehlten in der Küche . Wenn man nicht selber kocht war es ausreichend .

1. Very modern and nice looking place. 2. Very clean. 3. Lots of room - spacious. 3. Great terrace. All looks like on the pictures. 4. Modern TV with Magenta, Netflix and Amazon Prime. 5. Modern and colorful LED system in nearly all rooms.

1. No microwave. Apart from that the kitchen is very well equipped so the lack of microwave was really surprising. 2. The couch and the chairs in the living room look nice and modern but practically are uncomfortable to have a relaxing evening. 3. The materace in the master bedroom was far too soft and uncomfortable. 4. The wifi hardly worked the entire stay and not in all the rooms. 5. The door handle to the smaller bedroom was not fully attached and falling out when trying to close the door. 6. Would be nice to have some shelves and/or hangers (e.g) for the towels in the bathroom. Had to put my cosmetics on the floor. 7. The toilet was super tiny.

They are new apartments, everything is clean and whole and of a good quality. Roller shutters almost everywhere so that it stays nice and cool inside. The location is perfect, in 20 minutes walking you are in the center of Wernigerode The highway is 20 minutes by car.

The apartments are not yet completely finished, for example a lamp was missing in the bathroom. Furthermore, the curtains in one of the bedrooms are too small and too translucent, it is better to hang a roller blind there.
