Great location for us as Cycling The Way of the Roses so only 2 miles from start of the route. Very comfortable and clean

Fantastic accommodation for our family get together. A lovely warm and welcoming house with plenty super comfy beds, plenty of extras to make your stay comfortable.
Ideal location in a nice quiet street, near to Sainsbury's superstore. We walked to the Promenade and beach, kids loved it.
Everything was great.
Only thing which would make it more ideal would be an additional bathroom, but that's just a personal preference.

Every thing was perfect. Bedding was clean but the bedding wasn’t ironed. That’s the only thing that let it down. Also owner knocking on door at 9:55am. Check out was 10am. But he sat and waited in his car.

The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family group of 8 adults who were visiting the area for a family wedding. We stayed for two nights and had everything that we could possibly need both within the house and nearby (take away fish and chips were delicious and Sainsburys for a few bits and pieces). There was lots of room, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Mark was a wonderful host and delightful to deal with - thank you.

Owner/landlord Mark was extremely hospital, nice and easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Towels and shower gels/shampoo's etc were provided for. Location is right by morecambe bay and about an hour from lake district. For a group of 8 boys the drive was okay and the stay was well received by of all of us. Would definitely recommend
Upstairs Toilet would be better with a sink. Maybe if there was another shower it would be useful but other than that, no complaints

Mark, the owner, provided great info. prior to our visit. The house was clean, the bwdszare super comfortable, and the general atmosphere in the house was good. Great location for exploring. Wish we could have stayed longer.
