The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and while the room was small, it was very clean and comfortable. There was no view from our room (standard room), so if you are looking for a view of the Himalayan range, I suggest you connect with the hotel prior to book to get the best available room.

The location is good, located on main road. The rooms have view to the valleys which included snow peaks. The staff is very humble and helpful. We travelled with our infant and they were able to provide small things which we forgot to carry and ensured our stay was comfortable..

The room heater did not perform the task it is meant to do. The heater was on however, it was not keeping the room warm. Requesting the hotel management to upgrade the heater that can keep the room warm when needed.

Quality of food in this is phenomenal hotel has its own parking space they also have rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy bonfire in the evening if you are lucky then you can see yamunotri range of Himalayas we choose kanatal because of its natural beauty and out of the crowded place like mussoorie this place is near to the mussoorie.if you are looking for a holiday with solemn peace but are distributed with a bit of fun and thrill at times take a trip to kanatal away from the urban hassle Places to visit in kanatal things to do 1)You can visit to surkanda devi temple 4km away from hotel. 2)kodia jungle in kanatal is perfect place for natural walks 3) Adventure activities valley crossing many more activities 4) Jungle safari explore the wild life 5) kanatal is also Bird sanctuary where you can see 80 different species of birds 6) tehri dam where you can do water sports activities

The expansive mountain and valley views from the glass room and the terrace was excellent. The food was tasty and service good . The staff particularly Rahul was very helpful. When we were disappointed with the mountain view room that we had booked,he upgraded us to the much better glass room. They even made a bon fire for just the two of us one evening. .

The facilities and ambience did not measure up to the hefty price we paid through booking.com. it is a comfortable place but not luxurious. The property has no compound and is on the main road. If you book mountain view rooms on the first floor,you will be too close to the main road. The terrace makes up for this lack in many ways but it requires a lot of climbing unless you are in the glass room.

Scenic location, far removed from the "touristy" Mussoorie. You can wake up to the chirping of birds, smell the crisp air and watch the clouds rolling beneath you. The staff at the hotel is very courteous. The food is decent although the choices are limited. The manager Rahul is a pleasant individual and will gladly help organise local sight visits for you. Do not miss visiting the Surkanda Devi temple. The views from here are simply stunning!

Just one thing. I think either this hotel or some other one nearby uses a diesel generator for power back-up, so you sometimes get a smoky smell from the balcony, which ruins the otherwise clean smell of the location.

I booked this hotel after the recommendation of my friend who stayed here recently. It was my right decision. hotel is located in the centre of kanatal from where all tourist places - surkanda Devi temple, jungle safari ,tehri lake nearby. Location is superb. View is breathtaking..hotel has parking right in front. Room has great view of Himalayas. They have a very beautiful restaurant serve delicious food. Staff is super friendly especially Rohit at the reception who always there to help you even for small things. In the evening we sit on their rooftop restaurant where we had our evening snacks while enjoying bonfire with soothing music.. all though I just stayed here for a night but this place is so amazing that u can spend here for 5-7 nights. I would surely b back here in near future & would recommend everyone to book this lovely hotel wdout things much ..

Amazing stay at this beautiful property..location is excellent.. Hotel is in the middle of beautiful mountains & valleys..can witness the beautiful gangotri mountain range which is covered by snow. Can also experience snow which is already kept in the valleys..food is extremely good... Staff is super friendly.. Hotel has parking right in front of the hotel...Kanatal experience is awesome with LA Riqueza Hotels..

Everything is perfect

The beds are too soft. Me and my wife both for backache.The balconies are inter connected so there's no privacy. The person in the next room entered our balcony and knocked on our door from outside. Also there are less tables in dining area than there are rooms. If you are late then you have to wait for table.
