Fabulous location. Next to the main hub but far enough away to be peaceful.
Fabulous views from the house. Great outdoor spaces.
Close to small beach across the road and just round the corner from shops and tavernas.
Wonderful location.
The climb to the property was quite steep, and given you had to carry water to the house wasn’t great. Particularly for people who’re not fit or fully mobile, this may be an issue.
It should highlight the climb to be fair.

Location- very quiet at night, very near to shops and places to eat, harbour, small beach. Property couldn't have been any cleaner, well equipped. And large and spacious. Owners provided lots of helpful information and was lovely to receive a welcome pack of wine, juice etc

Property is a little old fashioned, however despite this was well maintained and so clean.

For us, the mattress in one room was hard, a softer mattress or an optional mattress topper would have been good.

Two balconies with lots of sun and not in the shade. Upper balcony particularly good as faces in two directions.
Access to the water 3 minutes from the house. Also small pebbly beach within 5 minutes walk. Foki beach 15 - 20 mins walk. Fantastic views on the way there!
Would have been helpful to know where the step-ladder was in the joining instructions as need it to reach the hot water switch downstairs.
Could do with an oven glove.
Kitchen taps are stiff and difficult to turn. I used the downstairs bathroom taps to fill up washing bowls etc when needed.

The location was great
The decor was very dated and the place was very cluttered. we were very concerned about the electric lights which had burn marks on the lamps and the sockets in the kitchen were loose. The down stairs bathroom had broken tiles.

Well located, the house is very cozy and well stocked with all the required appliances. Just a short walk from the centre of Fiskardo in one direction and Foki Beach in the other. A great place to spend a vacation. Highly recommended.

house is older style so blinds, doors, fans heater etc needs a delicate hand. some rules.
