This is a GREAT & very MODERN place to stay (it is brand new from 2021, it even smells brand new when you enter the room 😉). Our studio was even more spacious/bigger than on the photo. Everything is extremely clean, well organised and with a very modern design. The floor is from real wooden parquet. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We appreciated the self-checkin automat which is very easy to use. The owners are very easily available by email or by phone in case you have additional questions and they are super friendly. Safe public parking space (at the central station, 4€/day) is easily available on a 4 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, near to restaurants (we went to the "Adlerstüberl" for example, very good) This apartmenthaus Nr1 fully deserves 10/10 score! (even 11/10 if that would be possible ;-)). Price-quality is excellent!

​It's been my second time staying at the Apartmenthaus Nr. 1, and again it was absolutely great! The staff ​are​ very nice, friendly and very welcoming​, they sent me messages and all the necessary information before and after the arrival. Self check-in was easy. The apartment was very modern, clean and quiet, it had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Very comfortable bed, nice big shower, and it was great to have a fully equipped small kitchen​​. The location is perfect - just a few minutes away from the train station and ​all the ​cafes, restaurants, and shops. There are frequent train connections to Austria and Italy, so it's a great place to stay for exploring ​both Austrian and Italian Tyrol. I ​will definitely stay here again when I am ​in Lienz​ ​next time​​!

I really liked the apartment, it was modern, very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom. And I had a beautiful view of the Dolomites from the window! Self check-in was easy and convenient. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, they accommodated all my requests and the communication was great, I felt very welcome. The location is perfect - close to all the cafes, restaurants and shops, and the railway station is just round the corner. Great place to stay for hiking in the Dolomites and along the river, which is stunning! There are plenty of great hiking routes. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Lienz next time!

It was clean no more

Uncomfortable bad, huge pillows, you have to sleep without them or you will definitely get a neck pain, so I have got! In the morning the host to call to us and ask a birthdate of our baby, but it is ok. Not ok, that they force us to pay extra 15€ for our little dog! The dog didn't break anything at the room, we paid just because she slept on the floor and didn't even make anything dirty! That's nonsense! We always travel with our dog and have visited about 30 countries, but never paid for a dog! There is no any information on the booking website that we may have to pay for a pet!

This apartment was really nicely designed. We would have enjoyed staying longer than one night to enjoy the terrace and big couch/ lounge area. Wonderful location, easy to walk to shops and cafes. Very comfortable beds and big dining table. The separate toilet and shower rooms were nice for a group. The check-in and check-out system was really convenient since we arrived at a late time. Very quiet. Easy parking nearby. Great experience!

Be aware the twin bedroom is open to the kitchen area, the wall doesn’t reach all the way up. Therefore this room is not very quiet for sleeping if others in the group are awake.
