The room was great. View at the lagoon. Very spacious. Great bed. Good food. Great staff. We been treated so good. Was a pleasure to stay here

Our stay was short, but there wasn't a thing we didn't like.

The lounge

The room was very clean, spacious enough for us and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere in the dining room was very nice.

The indoor parking lot was a little annoying, and sometimes we had to wait until someone left and a space became available. In addition, the pool was too crowded and we did not enjoy it at all.

we like especially Shirly, the hotel manager. she has a great personality. she was so amazing, generous and very kind. she was willing to help us with anything we needed. Thank you Shirly, we appreciate it so much and we will be happy to come back soon. we also would like to thank the excellent team hotel . Great staff great location

The hospitality of Shirley and the hotel staff was excellent. I was satisfied with the variety of breakfast.

We really liked the attitude of the hotel staff.

The conditioner didn't work.

The service was no less then perfect. By the time we departed the Hotel manager knew my name.

No heating (we visited in the winter), and although they supplied a small heater, it was pretty old at night.

The breakfast was excellent. Great assortment, very fresh, and something for every taste.

the food for breakfast and dinner was great and the swimming pool and lobby were wonderful.

there are 2 properties, the palace and the boutique. the boutique needs refurbishment, but the stay is a little cheaper. . you choose what is most important for you.
