Staff and location was terrible, there’s construction going everywhere and they charge me 200 aed for deposit and didn’t return because as per them bedsheets were not clean in my room after check out time:

The area is currently undergoing extensive construction, leading to significant noise disruptions in the mornings. Additionally, the rooms lack adequate soundproofing, often allowing the sounds of moving furniture to permeate.
