Property had everything you needed. Such as inflatables, cutlery, welcome basket, pool towels etc. Didn’t have to think about anything, everything that was possibly needed, was there.

Hosts were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. 100 out of 10. Quick to respond and provided us with lots of useful information. They were all very kind, easy to speak with and willing to help with what we needed. Recommendations are great and tailored to our needs. Hosts were also very organised in reaching out to us early and ensuring a good line of communication before our arrival so if we have any questions and enquiries before and throughout our stay, they can be swiftly answered and taken care of. At arrival to villa we were greeted with very warm welcome from host Constantinos despite our flight delayed us to late evening. Constantinos and his family showed excellent hospitality to us throughout our stay and made us feel very welcomed. Massive well done to the hosts!! Facilities are exactly as described and per the photos seen. Comfortable, spacious, modern, everything with great quality and has an amazing view. Big soft and comfy beds, well air-conditioned, spacious rooms with individual toilets. Strong showers and plenty of hot water. Private swimming pool is spacious and clean, with shower and poolside furnishings available - all very handy. Instructions for facilities are well explained. Location wise - we loved the fact that it is quiet and convenient. Well connected with public transport, with bus stop just 5 minutes walk away. Parking available for those wishes to drive. By bus only around 15 minutes away from main Paphos Habour or the famous Coral Bay beach, and no bus changes needed. Airport is around 30 minutes away by taxi/drive. Few groceries store within walkable distance. Lidl is 5 min bus away. Around 5-10 min walk to the coastline with a picturesque view perfect for a long walk at sunset. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a big thank you to hosts Constantinos and his family for making it an memorable experience - we definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Cyprus!!

The hospitality of the owners, which was much greater than anywhere else.

All was more than perfect.

This was our first visit to Cyprus. Wow! We were blown away! The villa was absolutely stunning, it contained everything we could possibly need. It was immaculately clean, very spacious and the outside space was also fantastic. The choice of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool and on the balcony was excellent. Pool floats, bats, balls and a BBQ with accessories being provided was great. It’s difficult to imagine better customer service anywhere. Constantinos went to the trouble of securing car hire quotes for us and sending to us, all of the relevant information and once we had made a decision, he sorted everything out for us and the hire car was ready for us at the airport on our arrival. He was so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for him or the rest of the team. The special touches such as water, bread, butter, cheese , bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, coffee and even wine being provided in the fridge were lovely. We were extremely grateful for the fresh hot pizza delivered to us on our arrival. Anastasia’s home made cake and hand made local chocolates were just a wonderful gesture. Constantinos provided us with so much information , best places to eat and visit and the team were easy to contact if we had any questions. The Villa is a short distance to the beach with its wonderful promenade. If you want somewhere special to stay , this is the perfect place. Thank you to the whole team for making it a very special holiday for us.
