Place needs an upgrade. Old as can be.

Very understaffed. Not prepared for the big snow storm. Seemed like there was a lot of unhappy guests.

it rained the last nite we were there and no tv connection so it was a long night .. luckily the baseball game got postponed and we didn’t miss it

I liked the staff and atmosphere.

Breakfast

The hard working staff, the location on the foot of the mountain and the pool/hot tub.

The interior of the room and in the entire hotel is astonishingly ugly. Strange mix of banged-up mail order hotel equipment. Why did our room have a table for ten people? But the two double beds had no bedding. At least the room was spacious, though. It's a mystery to me how a hotel that charges 400 dollars a night does not offer breakfast. Instead you have to go to a neon lit deli that serves granola in a plastic cup. That place reminded me of a truck stop in the USSR. The food in the restaurant seems to come from the same mail-order company that provided the furniture. The worst part of our stay was the fact that our room was separated from the neighbors' by a paper thin door. We could hear there conversation as if they were sitting at our ten-person-table. With a little kid that is trying to sleep, I had to ask them to calm down even though they weren't noisy. We even could hear them whisper.
