If all the houses are booked at the same time, the hot tub and pool area have to be shared.

great facilities. one of the few places with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub which was very welcome. Paul was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make our trip as comfortable as possible.

The property was absolutely spectacular. The area is rural residential and it is very quiet, a great place to go and get away from it all for a while. We stayed in the Barn and the Summer House. The accommodation was clean and the mattresses were comfortable to sleep on. We even had a fully stocked drinks fridge on arrival. The kitchen was kitted out with all the cooking and crockery items that we needed. There was also a gas BBQ for guests to use. The outside seating area was spacious with retro arcade machines , a football table, sofas and a fully stocked bar. The Host had thought of everything with TVs and Alexa. WiFi was provided throughout the property and coverage was great. The swimming pool was heated. Although access to the pool is shared between the guests of the three properties, there was absolutely no problem in sharing the facilities. There was also a hot tub. As a bonus the host lives on site and every morning cleaned the pool and made sure everything was ok.

Stunning private estate. Paul is a lovely guy, very friendly and very accommodating. Very comfortable stay, beds are very comfortable and plenty of clean towels to be used. It certainly felt like home from home. Washing Machine & Dish Washer available. BBQ was easy to use. The heated pool and hot tub are the best features! Planning to go back again.........

Nothing to dislike.

It really was a home from home, every little detail thought of, including floatys for the pool. It was immaculately clean and well furnished and having a heated pool was just perfect for the kids. Paul was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The swimming pool is completely heated, the bar area is well stocked, the rooms are beautiful, self enclosed but lots of space for entertaining. Perfect, fast communications with Paul, the owner. Paul is one the nicest and helpful hosts I’ve ever seen.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.
