Beautiful house in an excellent location, nested in vineyards near Macerata. Room was very nice, bed comfortable, facilities fine. Pleasant walks around the property and an excellent swimming pool. Nice to be able to sample the property's own wines, though they could make a lot more of this.

Wifi was excellent when working, but that did not include the first day and a half. Covid makes breakfast buffet difficult, it is true, but here the restrictions also entailed a certain parsimony -- a request for a croissant would elicit half a croissant, carefully cut in half. On only one of five days did an order for a caffè doppio actually elicit a double, as opposed to a single espresso. Range of food fine for those who like sweet things such as pastries for breakfast; less choice and variety if you prefer savoury options.

In the middle of the countryside and very relaxing. Breakfast was really good and there’s a nice pool area with a tennis court (we didn’t use out though).

The pool area was really busy on the Sunday (it was the 15th August, a national holiday).

Beautiful property on the top a wonderful hill, covered in vineyards and sunflower fields. Room Was perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable and had an amazing view from the window. Breakfats is excellent, all staff are very nice and helpful. The pool is great, with all comforts and clean. Would definitely recommend, and hope to be back soon

Beautiful villa in midst of vineyards. Simply stunning views and architecture. Lovely breakfast, definitely take the pancakes! Swimming pool and lovely park with a lot of places to hide from the heat.

I found it disappointing, that this place doesn’t offer any service or food. You can basically only sleep here. We were planning to chill on the pool all day, but unfortunately no lunch or even snacks available at the property. You always need to drive to get a drink or snack. Swimming pool cleaning machine ( some kind of underwater vacuum cleaner) was all the time in the water, even during the day. That might be dangerous.
