We had a lovely stay. Our room was comfy and clean. 1. self check in and self check out. After hours of travel, who wouldn’t want the easiest, most convenient self check-in experience? 2. Dog friendly 3.Location was just great. About 5 minutes drive to Indiana dunes national park 4. Great value 5. Staff were awesome 6. Picnic and grill area

it took a very long time to get hot water and the shower head was too far out from the wall so the water sprayed onto the floor when getting into the shower.

I'm not familiar with the Michigan City area and haven't ever traveled beyond the Lighthouse Mall and we were a bit leary of our stay after discovering there was a state prison within a 5 minute drive.

King suite had so much space. Bed was very comfortable. Bathtub was really deep and relaxing.

The scented plug-ins where extremely overwhelming. We had to air out our room for nearly an hour just to stop from coughing. The rooms were very clean and had no order so the plug-ins are definitely not needed. An additional set of pillows would be a nice touch.

The staff are phenomenal and so kind, no one is on site but very responsive to texts. Loved the door code access so we could show up later at night. Room is adorable. Close to Blue Chip Casino which is what we were doing that evening on a layover between MI and WI. Felt safe there.

Both my partner and I had very sleepless painful nights. The room was 52 degrees when we checked in, but a space heater is the only heat in the room so it never made it above 62 all night. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel and days later I'm still feeling it. I'm 35 and partner is 29 so we aren't usually in pain like this. Lights shine in windows easily and motel is just off a busy busy road with tons of semi traffic. Half the lightbulbs were burnt out and there is no plug ins in the bathroom (not too big of an issue as there is a mirror in the main portion of room near plugs). The floor was greasy and when I looked at my socks and feet there was brown muddy looking residue on them. We accidentally spilled water on floor and I cleaned it up with paper towels and same thing, mud look and this was on a part of the floor we did not walk in shoes on. Hair and black mold in shower.

Very clean and updated but still had the feeling of an old roadside motel from back in the day. ❤️

The parking is a little tricky to maneuver around the flower beds and fire pit feature in the center

The host was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in the recently remodeled apartment. So comfortable, beautifully decorated and nicely equipped. A VERY nice place! I would certainly stay again if returning to the area.

Super Clean, shower and toilet worked well(important for me!)

Small(for the New Years price), no closet, room was chilly but we called and received a HUGE space heater. $250 deposit! Ouch!!
