Good location

This house is not very comfortable for three persons. The kitchen has a small table just for two. Me, my wife and son couldn't fit into the tiny kitchen.

This place was fabulous. Can't compliment the host enough. Coffee and tea in the cupboard. Eggs and bread ready to eat and even a bottle of fizz in the fridge. Above and beyond expectations.

Could not fault it.

Location of property was ideal for our visit to Durham, only 3 miles away, plenty walks around to exercise our 2 dogs. Property was very clean and had everything you would need. Lovely little touch of welcome pack comprising of bread , cereal, eggs, butter, tea, coffee, jam etc and even a lovely bottle of prosecco.

Good value, very clean, lovely to have bread, milk, butter, jam, eggs, water, granola, oil, tea, coffee and sugar all provided. And Prosecco! This was perfect for the purpose of my trip and the location worked well for me as I had a car.

Hand-wash in the downstairs loo. That was it. Otherwise, brilliant.

There was no breakfast as I rented the house. I didn't use the WiFi but it was available. I had no issues with the house at all. It would have been helpful to realise that the digits on the keybox have to be pushed right it, until they click. The owners had left various items of food which would have been very helpful if I hadn't taken my own basics. They even provided a bottle of Prosecco, which I think was evidence of them "going the extra mile". I liked being able to have a bath or a shower - not just the latter.

What could have been better? Very little at this price range.

Lovely little breakfast spread left. Relief to have milk in for a tea when arrived. The parking location was nice and close to unload.

Great little house near to Durham with enclosed garden, for our short stay with our dog. very clean, lovely decor and we were supplied with some lovely extras which was a really nice touch. Milk, butter, jams, nice bread and biscuits too. Also, a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge after a long day was fabulous! WiFi and Netflix really made a difference to our family.

The house was immaculate throughout, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. On arrival we received a welcome hamper, with bread, milk etc which was very much appreciated. We had everything we needed at the house for our stay and we would certainly visit again.

It was perfect. No faults.

Spotlessly clean, with welcome extras like milk, bread, eggs, chocolates, Prosecco! A peaceful residential location close to Durham city and a very easy drive in. Nearest supermarket is a little drive away but overall it’s a very convenient location, excellent value, and a comfortable compact house.

The location very close to Durham centre. Excellent facilities, welcome breakfast pack included milk, bread, butter, jams,granola,eggs,water, chocolates and prosecco. comfy bed, smart TV with Netflix etc. High standard of quality furnishings. There was also tea,coffee and sugar. Private parking at the rear. I would highly recommend this place.
