Excellent location for easy trip in to Venice, 4 minutes walk to the train station. Easy check in, friendly staff.

Very dirty! The aircon was verry loud, impossible to sleap with him on! The TV very tiny! The door was not clossing properly ! Not near close to the 4 star ratting, with indulgence 2 star!

FOH staff were really accommodating, we’ve been late for bfast few times and they still let us in. close to the station and supermarket.

The hotel's staff are fantastic and the breakfast was quite nice.

Was supposed to have a double bed but there were 2 beds connected. The toilet seat was simply broken.

Good Value for money. Very close to town centre, shops and restaurants. 30 second walk to trains station which is on the main railway line to Venice, Which is a 10 minute journey.

Location is superb, its 2 minutes walk to train station that has a train leaving to central Venice every half an hour. There is a supermarket across the street that sells pre made food and all necessities. The room has even a terrace on the roof. Also, the front desk at the Reception when checking in had a nice attentive lady. I would recommend this place.

Very close to the train station (5 min walking), staff was nice, the room was big, there are some free parking spots available.

Our room smell like cigarette smoke, unfortunately there were not other rooms available so the only thing they could do was spray some perfume. It is not a real 4 stars hotel (maybe it was 50 years ago), it looks very old style and for sure needs renovation.

- Big, comfy bed. -The staff was very friendly and helpful. The previous tenant broke the toilet flush button, they fixed it ASAP

- Borken shower head holder. Plastic held by a screw which always fall apart from wight. - A certain stench of the room. The room maybe was a smoking room years before - Small, rusty shower cabin.

Perfect location! Close to the railway station (less then 5 minutes), 20 minutes direct train to the Venice S. Lucia. It is easy to get the hotel from Treviso airport (first bus 6 or airlink to the Treviso railway station then train to Mogliano Veneto). Despite the proximity of the railway, the room is very quiet. It is very clean in the room and in whole hotel. The beds are super comfortable. Stable Wifi with good speed. Helpful personnel.

We were in the Laerte Hotel in December and it was extremely cold in the room.

The light does not work, there are no bulbs. The toilet is leaking, the TV does not work. The bathroom does not drain the water, the water does not drain in the sink. There is no access to the balcony. There is no way to open the window to ventilate. The ventilation is noisy, it creaks loudly. Hair and dust. The staff is rude

Its more like a 3 star hotel, both facilities and price wise super close to train station with regular connection to Ferovia Venice

We only stayed for one night on our way out of Venice and it was a good stay for the price. What stood out to me was that I reached out in advance asking if there would be parking available (we had flown into Venice at 1:30am, picked up our car, drove to the hotel, and didn't want to have to look for parking forever) and they actually reserved a parking spot for us with a sign with my name on it!! :) That was absolutely amazing.
