Benny, the bar manager was great. Very friendly and helpful. The young lady at reception on Thursday and Friday morning was so, so nice. I really liked the Dry Bar products in the bathroom and that there was a clothes steamer in the room.

When I checked in on Wednesday, I was put in a double room but I had booked a king room. The room was on the second floor and right at the corner of the building and the road noise was very loud. There were high winds on Friday morning and the windows whistled which made it really hard to sleep from about 3:20 am on. I did move rooms Friday morning since I was staying Friday night and the second room was much better. The double bed in the first room was not very comfortable and felt worn out. The lobby carpet near the front desk was really dirty and needs to be replaced. The food is not worth the money at all.

Right off the freeway! Several ways to get out despite traffic.

Unfortunately, at times birds fly into the building and land on the rooftop of the second floor awning. The staff explained they don’t have a ladder tall enough to remove them so we kept seeing it and feeling bad but it was a BEAUTIFUL location and ONLY saw it when we were getting on/off the elevators.

Parking was excellent. Property was clean. Had a pool table in the lobby. Had a cozy bar area. Easy access to highways to travel any direction.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Close to highway, so could hear traffic all night.

The location was great. Everything was very close.

The sliding restroom door had a gap when closed. Therefore, there was not complete privacy among me and my friends when using the restroom and showering.

they wouldn’t let my friend into the building after he lost his key and pretended to call the police on him. also they didn’t give me back my deposit and we did absolutely nothing to not deserve to get it back. Extremely disappointing.

There was a drug bust, going on with multiple police cars and we couldn’t enter into the parking lot. It was scary and dangerous.

Staff was helpful. hotel was quiet and clean and newly built. Environment was modern.

I wish there was Continental breakfast too. also, the inside kitchen bar had a variety of food for a fair price too. also, there was no microwave or trash bags inside the bins.

Location didn’t feel the safest. (More so at night) It was right by an old railroad with some homeless people. We were only 9 mins from the airport and thought there would be an airport shuttle, but it wasn’t offered at this location. Just the Aloft Austin Airport location.

It was clean

The manager was so rude. I was told the wrong room number when I checked in. So when I get to my room, I’m not able to open the door and I figured it was a technicality so I asked one of the house cleaners if she could help me and she open the door for me she was super sweet. So I unpacked and got settled and then I went downstairs and asked why my key wasn’t working and he said “ well, maybe it’s because you’re supposed to be in 303” and I said the lady at check in had told me that I was in 305 mind you she’s right next to him she didn’t say anything to help the situation she acted oblivious. Then the rude manager said “ well maybe you didn’t read it right” and I said no it says 305. And we went back-and-forth. He kept telling me I was wrong. When I knew I wasn’t. When he went up to check, he told me I wasn’t allowed to go with him. Then he came back down and told me “ well, you’re definitely in 305” he’s then fixed the keys and didn’t say anything while he handed them to me. Later, I go back down and can hear him talking about how ignorant I was, and how I must be uneducated. I wouldn’t stay here again if somebody paid me $1 million. It killed my whole experience and made my trip miserable. 

Was breakfast included? If so I had no idea. Room was fantastic, great size, love the fresh youthful decor throughout the hotel, but the location wasn’t good. I can hear the freeway/overpass the entire night. Maybe invest in double pane windows in the rooms facing freeways.

Location and sound of freeway/highway/overpasses were a bit loud. Also, the Osaka Aloft hotel had an espresso machine in the room. I would have loved that in the Aloft, Austin.
