The location was central. This was a very spacious condo with a large well equipped gym, 2 swimming pools, hot tub and games room. There was laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. The kitchen had dishes and cutlery. Definitely worthwhile to stay here. We were able to leave our luggage early in the morning with the front desk concierge, for $5 each luggage.

Nothing needed to be improved on.

Nothing. It was filthy at checkin. the shower curtain liner was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Instead of changing it it was removed and were left with a fabric shower curtain that left the floor soaking wet. the bath was filthy we had to wash it.

There were roaches. the curtain fell off the rod because it was taped up there. The chairs were cheap and the legs were literally coming from under them the garbage disposal didnt work. It generally was not clean and i 100 will never stay there again. I URGE you to save your money. stay elsewehere!!

the Pool

The apartment was exactly as described, it met all of our expectations. We loved the added security for coming in and out of the building. The apartment was bigger than it appeared online.

That each floor in the parking garage had 2 levels which made going up or down seem longer.

I really liked the location. The building is conveniently located in Brickell, which is exactly what I was looking for. The cityscape view is awesome and there is also free parking for guests who have a car. Checking in/out was a breeze.

Opening the door from outside was a bit of a struggle for me at first. I let the hosts know and they were quick to resolve it. They actually sent one of the housekeeping staff to replace the keys, which I really appreciate. Overall, everything was great! I would definitely recommend this place!

Well appointed, clean and nice apartment. Spacious and well managed. Great communication from host. Great place. Would return.

Bathroom could with a refresh to match the standard of the rest of the apartment. Nothing major. Great place.

Location of the Airbnb

Front desk wasn’t helpful and what we were told by the hotel manager was different to what the staff actually would help with. Property manager also never responded to email/call when we needed help with the front desk service. Property manager also called me after I had emailed her telling her I left the keys, asking where keys were and saying her staff couldn’t find them. Basically was going to try to fee us.

The room was clean and very spacious. The host was very responsive.

The parking garage is a hassle. It is very narrow with A and B floors for each number. Being on the 8th floor took a lot of time when coming in a out out of the garage. Room could be a little more modern.

The apartment itself Is nice looking, comfy and clean. we liked that the TVs se smart TVs and the washing and drying machines.

The bathroom fan is very loud. annoyingly loud. Also the fact that the parking spot is on the 8th floor is quite annoying. The good thing is that you have to deal with it hopefully just a couple of times a day. But the worst thing is the Host. He never answers the questions. It was four of us and he only left 3 towels. Very insufficient. We let him know right away by message, but he never answered, we even asked again a few times during our stay, but never answered. He was very responsive before we entered the apartment, but once we were in its like he disappeared. One night the fire alarm went off. We had to walk down the stairs all 25 floors, and then the concierge said "Sorry! false alarm", we messaged the host about this, but again.. .no answer..... very disappointing.

I was told that I would be met in the lobby and given keys to my 25th floor apartment at a set time. Instead I had to wait to be approved and then told the apt was ready and to take the elevator to the 33rd floor where I would find the apartment unlocked and keys on the table. First impression was great but once inside there weren’t enough towels and no barred soap or lotion in the (spacious) bathroom .
