Shaun was very welcoming and the house was lovely and clean throughout. Very pretty little garden which was a nice surprise as you walk down the path to the front door, as you can't see it behind the hedge when you park the car! Great bonus having the off street parking and a good location!
Completely misread the details and missed that it was a shared bathroom for all guests but it was fine, I should have read everything properly! The only other improvement I think would be perhaps a lock or key for the bedroom doors, just felt a bit wary not knowing the other guests in the house.

The location was good and quiet.
The host was was very accommodating and welcoming.
Tea and coffee facilities were great.
The parking has no drop kurb, vehicles have to be bounced up the kurb to access.
The Seal around the shower is disgusting and should be replaced ASAP
The property was overbooked for 1 of the nights that i stayed here, this meant the host slept downstairs on his sofa to accommodate more guests. Making bathroom facilities uncomfartable.

Good location, lovely host. Shaun was very quick to respond to queries and accommodate requests. He even made us drinks on arrival and before we left! The host couldn’t have been more accommodating.
It was my mistake to book a property where other guests were potentially sharing facilities and this didn’t necessarily suit my elderly parents, (although they loved our host). However, this was quite clear in the booking information so, as I say, totally my error.

Cereal breakfast rather than cooked served. The 'housekeeping was excellent for a single working host. Not used, but there is a circular bus route stop opposite the property
It was rather far out of town with only a Londis shop really within walking distance.

Lovely spotlessly clean property, comfortable bed for a great night's sleep, beautiful garden and helpful host, who couldn't have been nicer. As a single traveller I felt perfectly safe at this property.
