The host Mei was lovely, very friendly, engaging and interesting to talk to, but very professional and efficient too. The room was really great - very spacious, well lit and nicely fitted out with everything you need, and the bathroom was modern and also spacious and clean. Great shower - lots of space, good water pressure. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The parking space was inside the boundary of the property. It was pretty easy to get to from the motorway, which was good as I was arriving late, leaving early and just passing through Drogheda on my way elsewhere. There's a beautiful garden area outside. Breakfast was good. Mei was very responsive when it came to communicating my arrival time as my evening flight was delayed. I also thought it was good value relative to other places I researched.
My room was by the door, so anyone coming or going passed by, but people were very quiet so it was a really minor thing. Nothing else I didn't like - great place to stay.

Very nice comfortable room in a well-kempt pretty house. Fine breakfast and the host was kind and helpful. We are glad we book this for the one night that we did.
The location was a bit far from the town center since we didn't have a car but it was still walkable.

I loved the house owner , she was very kind and made excellent breakfast. I also loved how clean and organized it was! The bed covers were beautiful and clean too!

Lovely hosts. Very clean and modern B&B. Breakfast was brilliant. Walking distance to town and right across from the shop, petrol station and pharmacy.
I liked everything, I would recommend it to a friend and I will be booking this B&B again.

Comfortable B&B outside the business area of Drogheda. Chose this location for our last night in Ireland and it’s close proximity to Dublin Airport. Maya gave a good overview of our room and its features. Several options available for breakfast, along with a breakfast bar of packaged croissants, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals and breads.
Only drawback was our room was right next to the dining room. We weren’t planning to sleep in as we needed to head out for airport. But if guests plan to sleep in, it’s easy to hear all that’s going on in the dining room (especially with children).

The room was quite big and comfortable, the bathroom was new with enough space for showering. The welcoming was very friendly and the breakfast was fresh prepared.
The lack of separation between owners and guests in breakfast area , what can be very nice, but not always... Also questions if we are for sure coming, althought the payment was done, or what time give together a bit impression that we are interrupting family/private life.

Absolute BnB perfection. No detail was overlooked. All of the comfort, kindness, and the warmth you could hope for. Private toilet and shower room, comfortable beds, and full breakfast cooked to order with coffee, tea, cereals, yogurt and granola (plenty of options for vegetarian and vegan). Host and staff were so, so nice. Can't wait to return.

It is an exceptionally clean, almost sterile room and location. That will appeal to some and seem antiseptic to others. That said, it was certainly comfortable and well appointed.
The location is fine, however, it is on a busy road and if you're staying on the first floor, your window is directly on the car park. If you plan to go downtown, it's not a terribly long walk, maybe 15 to 20 minutes, but understand that it'll be uphill on the return.

Good restaurant attached.
The first room they put us in was like an oven and it was May. The heating system was on full blast and they could not shut it down. Second room was better. A lot of noise from the outside eating area and bar that is attached to the location.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this accommodation. it is spotlessly clean, with beautiful room and large bathroom. The host was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range on offer - never had such a variety of foods in a B&B before.
The location of the property is perfect for access into Drogheda and is so easy to get to.
The next time I’m back in Drogheda, I will definitely stay here.

spotless. just out side the centre (8euros in a taxi) pleasant staff . great parking and breakfast , sat nav took us right to the door.

A beautiful home in a quaint town. The owner was so nice and thought of everything to keep us comfortable. She is also a wonderful cook and we enjoyed two lovely homemade breakfasts!
