Nice and clean, spacious and fairly quiet too. Highly recommend. The walk to downtown Parma takes a little while but is certainly doable. A bus line runs by just in front of the property.

Host is very gracious and instructions provided to get the keys were perfect. The flat is beautiful, well kept, clean, very welcoming. Everything from floor to ceiling is picked with such care is makes you feel at home, with all the comforts and absolute freedom it entails. Gorgeous.

Everything was great. The backyard is very nice. Apartment clean and comfortable. Kitchen, fridge… Bathroom with towels clean and comfortable. Super!

You are not city centered, but I mean there is parking in front and bus station so city center is very easily reachable.

A comfortable and spacious apartment within walking distance from the town centre (about 30 minutes). A convenient base for exploring the area and great alternative to a hotel room.
