The house was very clean with all the facilities,cooked like home.Location was amazing near beaches.Matt was really very helpful from day one.He gave us a warm welcome.All the beds were very comfy for the kids and a hot tub outside was fantastic. I'm looking forward to the next holiday.

Sofa bed not same as advertised pictures and not comfy. Property had a slight foisty smell. No lock on bathroom door. Loud in a morning due to adjoining house.

not hideaway at all. me and my partner needed a quiet time for ourselves but there was no privacy at all, couldn’t use a hot tub which we were looking forward to as kids playing football in the shared garden. really false advertising of hideaway place. never left a bad review in my life but I decided to let people know who wants to have a really quiet time.

Location was good.
It is advertised with a bbq but this was not left ready and clean. There was laundry hanging on the line in the garden by the owners which included swim shorts which made us question how fresh the water in the hot tub was. Also, the oven dishes were not left clean.

Property was spotlessly clean. The owner was really helpful and approachable. Hot tub is the main attraction.

I had a beautiful stay, i found the hosts accommodating, useful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay.
I went to relax and re-charge and I was definitely able to do that. My next booking date is ready to be confirmed.

Hot tub in main garden should be separate for guests staying or bit more private. Owners were in the garden before we had vacated, maybe should of waited to use garden after we had left.
Gate to driveway tight, maybe use the other gate to make it easier.
