Right off the bat I have to say it's one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at. For being a place that's snowy and wet outside the inside is kept very clean.

Place is clean and well kept

This is the worst place ever!! May look nice but the staff is atrocious, foul and act like they are so much better then everyone else! They gang up on guest and discriminate against guest and told me they would not accept my service animals and that they were going to make me pay an extra $70 for 1 night for my dogs which are registered service animals and they even had a copy of the ID cards for my dogs which is illegal and discrimination toward me as a disabled person. The GM Kathy and the assistant GM Amy are demeaning and rude. I watched the AGM give a guest an attitude because she brought her dirty towels down to exchange them for clean ones and Amy came out with an attitude and told the guest that there is a basket in the room and she was to bring her dirty towels down in the basket cause Amy was not going to touch anyone’s dirty towels regardless of who’s towels they were and then rudely handed the guest toilet paper and tissues. Like if you expect guest to do things a certain way like bring the dirty stuff down in the basket that should be explained to the guest at check in and not to make the guest feel bad and demeaned over something that was not explained. Save yourself the problems and stay some where else any where else but at this place with these rude people

The rooms were a good size they have full size refrigerators and burners if you stay for a few days you can make your own food

We reserved a double queen suite with 2 queen beds and they put us in a single bed room. When I confronted them they said we reserved a single when my reservation conformation clearly said 2 queen beds. The staff acted like it was a inconvenience for them to make it right.

room was dirty. sheets dirty blankets dirty and had hair on them. sheets were stained. dog hair everywhere was disgusting and didn’t even stay there and got a refund

didn’t have a room clean at all for us and said we would get a refund and they won’t even work with the bookings app to make that happen for me and it’s been over a month!

Breakfast was not offered, but there is a mini coffee bar in lobby. The rooms come with full size fridge, stove top to cook food, bathroom is nice size, large window you can open

Not being able to check in on time. Check in time is at 3pm I arrived at 4:14pm, the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Also they don’t have a night person, which would be useful in case of emergencies.

We did not eat the breakfast but the location was alright but along way when it is dark from the highway. Well the highway we where on. The roads where hard in the rain when not familiar with the area.

The beds where alittle hard for my older body and my niece but they worked. That would be the only suggestion I would have everything else was great.

We liked that it was close to restaurants and stores.

The water pressure in the shower was bad. There was no blow dryer, there were hairs on the shower curtain which was pretty gross. There was only 1 little bottle of shampoo. No body wash. The housekeeper never came by. After a long day of being out, we come back to a dirty room. Lastly, we would wake up super early because of all the light that would come into the room. It would’ve been nice if there was a curtain there.

The staff was very unprofessional. Constantly away from the front desk and usually outside smoking what smelled like weed. The halls smelled like weed constantly!!
