Location Location Location!

The location was great, and the facillities looked awesome as well. Too bad I was unable to enjoy them. My family and I waited outside for more than 2hours while the host tried to obtain access to the unit. While I do appreciate the effort given to rectify the problem, it was extremely inconvient to wait outside with luggage, groceries and small children late at night. We were never able to gain access to our unit due to it being remodeled. We ultimately had to gather our things and move to a different property a couple of miles down the street. We were upgraded new accomotadions were very nice.

Location was spectacular. Quiet, right on the beach, private beach with easy access, epic 180 degree sunrise views, proximity to everything. Cute decor, very clean. Pool is very nice.

I was looking forward to sleeping with the bedroom windows open, to hear the beach sounds. So, I was very disappointed that the master bedroom windows didn't even open at all. Impossible to slide open. I'm not sure if that's on purpose, since there are no screens and the unit is on the third floor, or if they're just stuck or painted shut. The wifi didn't work as we were provided the wrong password. It was remedied the second to last day though. The remotes to the TVs didn't work. I love when my vacation rentals have at least basics in the kitchen . . . salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters. The things that don't make sense to buy for a weekend since they'll be left overs. No handsoap in the bathrooms. I had to use shampoo for hand washing. The place is great, and I would potentially book it again, but it just needs minor but important tweaks to make it excellent, especially for the money.
