Only the location of the hotel
There were 2 water seepages inside the room and the water was continuously leaking just near the bed and in the washroom. We stayed for 1 day, lifts were not working for half of the day and they gave us a room on 4th floor. I requested them to give it on lower floors because my parents are old. Due to lift maintenance, we had to suffer a lot. I requested them to use the lift in presence of the service men, but they denied to do so. Additionally, the condition of the rooms was so bad, we could just smell cigarette all over the room. And this property definitely feels like a brothel at some point of time. Overall it was a pathetic stay and the way they talk, specially the manager in the morning shift, seems like he is doing us a favour by letting us stay there.

Property doesn’t have restaurant (as showed on pictures) due to Covid…well, I would say this excuse is no longer to be used.
Bedlinen were dirty and smelly (cigarettes), duvet was brown instead of white due to dirt.
Phone rang all night, and no staff speaking making impossible to sleep.
Was asked to pay the entire stay at the check-in, what is not as per the booking policy and they refuse to reimburse me when I informed them I was leaving after a night, as I couldn’t sleep.
The manager was rude to me and had to get some support from Booking to sort the situation out.

The common washroom in the cafeteria had cockroaches running all over. The moment I entered the reception on 2nd floor, another customer reported of pests in the room. The room I got had dust layers all over.

I booked for four nights but when I found no good then they said you have to stay for two nights because we blocked the room for 4 days so I gave advance for two nights when i asked to check out they didn’t allow so I said will you prison me in room and wanted to call police then they allowed so no good hospitality thanks
No good service even tea comes in 25 minutes
