Quiet, well-maintained, especially for its age, and on the water. Good a/c system. Adequate parking for each unit.
Glad I brought my own hair dryer, as the one in the main bath had a really short, coiled cord. Handle broke off of the toilet in main bath.

Location was perfect!
Air conditioner wasn’t working. After my husband did some investigating it was frozen up. Called and left two messages but never received a call back.
