Room spacious, clean and lovely foyer space

It was nice, clean and new.

It was far away from the Center.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The hotel is nicely renovated and quite pleasant. The location is very good, very close to the center but also to the entrance of the city with parking areas nearby. Self check-in was very easy.

It would be nice to have a breakfast area as the interior is spacious enough.

No option to leave bags before or after check-in/check-out, but there are lockers nearby.

The wall is thin and I wasn’t able to stand the noise from other room. The wifi was not always stable. The price wasn’t expensive but it should be lower for this quality.

The building is magical and the facilities of a high standard. Central location and a stunning interior.

All was beautiful just a bit puzzled at finding a kettle in the room but no cups to be found and unsure of who to contact.

The interior is attractive and the room was clean. It's also right outside the old city and you can walk to cafes close by and a good restaurant El Penon.

No parking available nearby. You can park at the bus station parking lot maybe 1/2 km away.

The location, in the walls of Toledo. The room was clean. The old building was nice. You can walk to the town.

• The lack of reception, no staff in case of a problem. • The key code was faulty so you had to type the code a few times for the door to open. It happen to a few customers and the phone number given for emergencies didn’t answer. Not just for us but at one point there were three rooms stuck outside of the front door. And the street doesn’t have a great feel about it at night. They called back like 20min after I called for a woman stuck outside, but we had already let her in… which is not safe when you think about it. • Our room was very small for the price payed. • The lack of a kettle or some means of making a warm drink in the morning because there is no breakfast service, we knew this when booking. Maybe put one in the common area if not in the rooms. • Parking is not great.

No breakfast. It’s a self serve model. No staff present.

Air conditioning did not work. Room was an interior space with no viable windows, therefore no airflow. Temperature reached 30degrees plus during a long, sleepless night. No one to contact about the problem or to change rooms.

Stunning modern design. Rooms were spotlessly clean

Paper thin walls. we could hear EVERYTHING. Due to spend 3 nights at this location but after 2 very sleepless nights we paid to stay in another hotel so that we could get some sleep. There are no staff on site so it is difficult to make a complaint! Bathroom is ver small. The hotel is on a very steep hill. The breakfast offered is of poor quality - a pre packed white bread processed cheese and ham sandwich, a refrigerated cold coffee, an apple and a yoghurt. These are left in the fridge the day before. My advice would be to go to the bakery at the bottom of the hill on the way to the coach station.

There was no reception, no drinking waterhe , the room is too small and no solid isolation between rooms.
