location is very convenient and easy to park. They have public parking lot which need coupon around the place. Got lots of cat wander around and they are friendly.

The place feel dark and creepy. Toilet is so so and always wet as the pipe is not closed. Price is high for the quality of the room.

The staff was kinda friendly even when we checked in very late. A reasonable price to pay for a quick shuteye before catching the earliest ferry out to Tioman. The location is great as it is only about 5 minutes from the Jetty. All in all, it is a very basic hotel, you will not be disappointed if you don't set your expectations too high.

The room was ok to catch a quick nap but the furnishings were quite old and smelled slightly moldy. The water heater was very basic, bathroom was clean albeit a little old school. All in all, it is a very basic hotel, you will not be disappointed if you don't set your expectations too high.

Pillow and Bed is so smelly.
