We loved the super friendly staff, delicious continental food, very clean and spacious room, nice and large balcony, the bathtubs in every room and the brilliant location of the hotel.

We think the prices might be reduced a bit more for the sea facing rooms.

It was a good and comfortable stay. Room was spacious. Many facilities provided in room that made it a hassle free experience like hair dryer and clothes drying stand. It is near the beach and many resturants nearby. Many options in breakfast and it was different everyday. Karthik was very good and he made sure we did not miss breakfast and served very well.

FLIES in the kitchen and dining area and the washroom area which is right next to kitchen. They were everywhere, all over the buffet, and table sitting on fruits, and our food plates. I couldn't eat breakfast in peace. The dining area stays open and is facing the backlane of some building with garbage and trash area which explains that which is the first thing i saw when entered the property and it immediately turned me off and it also faces the corridor to the room. So while entering the hotel and going upto the rooms having such a sight is a downside of the place. Suggestions- The fences could be elevated to block the trash view and dining area should not be open, instead be within glass walls.

We paid extra for a balcony room . For us it was worth it. The roof top pool was great. Food was better than most other places. Some nights there was music but finished at a reasonable time. We would return if ever in this area.

Breakfast was fine. It was in pleasant open plan area, roomy and staff are attentive. The cooked breakfast was good.

Only white bread, instant coffee, and only a fuit jam jelly spread and a warm cooked breakfast on a cold plate making the cooked breakfast cold very quickly.

The hotel room is really big and spacious. It was equipped with all the essential amenities which were replenished everyday by the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent and Candolim beach is only 2-3 mins by foot. It’s also close to the main road and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We also enjoyed using the infinity pool and the view of the sea it provided. Would recommend this hidden gem of a hotel to everybody and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Superb rooms with proper interior deco, epecially the bathrooms. Accomodating staff and good timely service.

The location was good and about a 5 min walk to the beach. This is a main approach road to the Candolim beach so could get crowded with regular beach goers. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The infinity pool view is amazing and the water is clean with a good filtration system. The staff here is excellent and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. The check-in process was a breeze even thou we reached the hotel only at 12 Am. The restaurant has some good musicians performing and will make a good evening dine out.

The breakfast could be better, most importantly the coffee. The pillows Should have a couple of pool umbrellas for shade during the day.

The staff and all facilities were excellent. Value for money.

The location is in a very crowded area.
