I am needing a refund on this stay.
The business is no longer open for accommodation
They are closed and I was charged for 1 nights Stay and unable to stay here due to the business being closed.
Arrived, found out they are closed and then had to find alternative accommodation. But being as it was last minute booking, (same day) the price on all accommodation had jumped up in price.
Did not feel comfortable booking through booking.com incase similar scenario played out for a second time.

Location is great. Close to beach and 10mins drive from city centre. We were upgraded from a room to a unit which was a bonus. Easy check in and out.Very affordable.
Toilet seat was broken. Room a bit dusty on heaters and windows and shower tray not very clean.
A bird in the wall woke us early and some loose panels on outside flapped about at night.

My room was upgraded due to a last minute cancellation at no cost, so that was great and very private.
Only thing was sharing the toilet and shower facilities with others who are not so tidy but no major dramas.

The room is old school and small but very well priced for a one night stay. All you need if you just want a bed for the night
The wifi. wasnt connecting. TV remote did not work .

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was great.
Pubic hair around the toilet bowl. Similar hairs in the bed.
Bathroom door was broken so was difficult to close.
Noisy neighbours waking us up at 8am blasting music from the toilet block next door.

The location was not too close to town. We were able to access our next destination with ease.

Tub was a bit slippery and shower knobs too hard to turn.

Accommodation Manager is very friendly and helpful. She managed to allocate our 2 room close to each other and provided 1 room with 2 double bed and single bed. This provide us good stay as we have 1 male and 3 female. Room is clean and spacious, is a lovely stay, very enjoy.
Hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel are not provided.

The room smelt nice and was neat and tidy. Friendly staff. What I had expected from a budget room
The doors to the rooms were squeaky needed some WD40 on the hinges. The doors to the toilet and shower were difficult to close and lock.

Far from town, next to highway. Facilities looked a bit dated but were fun for the character of the building.

The location was good, the room had enough space, staff was very good!
There wasn't basic tea or coffee in the room, it was kept outside, but there wasn't any milk.
