Great place for a family gathering- space to spread out, but also the dining and living areas made it easy to eat and play games together. The views from the dining and living room are spectacular. It was really nice to have the hot tub on site, it was very clean and well kept. The kids had a lot of fun on the snow. It is centrally located, we went into Fraser a few times (tubing, ice skating, restaurants) and Hot Sulfur Springs one night, both were about a 30 min drive. Winter Park Ski Resort is a little further.

The upstairs bed was a little hard for our liking, everyone said that the other beds were very comfortable. The booking.com listing said 4 bathrooms, it is 3.5 baths.
