Location was good, The house was clean. We had plenty of room.

When we arrived the interior door was locked and the key code did not work. We called the service department and they gave us a code to get a key from an outside lock box. The code did not work. He said he would send someone over to unlock it. After we waited for over an hour for someone to come, I called the service department again to find out why no one had come. He advised that he couldn't get ahold of anyone to come unlock the door. At this point, we were getting pretty frustrated. We ended up waiting for over two hours for a service man to come unlock the door for us. When he got there he had no problem unlocking the outside lock box as he had a different code than what was given to us. Had we been given the correct code to start with this whole situation could have been avoided. After driving all day the last thing we wanted to do was wait outside for over two hours to get into the house. It was a very frustrating experience.

1st time entering- no problem. Location was great with excellent views. Everything we needed was available

the second time entering, the code would not open door. Too many digits to enter- 4 would be adequate. had to reset the Xfinity modem for wi-fi access.

It was clean, well stocked for cooking like big pans for big families. Great space!

Would have liked the king bed upstairs for the older folks Otherwise very good ammenities
